I'm not sure why this whole "NOEL" thing is getting such a huge buzz. When the delay happened we were told that the game would be out by the holiday season. Could the french translation simply be wrong and all their doing is repeating what we were told about the delay?

Well, since we're going to be waiting for more news from the Paris game show...

I recommend you all try the Need for speed hot pursuit demo, 'tis rather fun.

I'm not sure why this whole "NOEL" thing is getting such a huge buzz. When the delay happened we were told that the game would be out by the holiday season. Could the french translation simply be wrong and all their doing is repeating what we were told about the delay?

In most of Europe the "holiday season" is mainly "Christmas holiday" (which usually extends for a prolonged period of time rather than a few days as in other countries/continents), so that might be the reason why it's listed there as Christmas 2010.

I recommend you all try the Need for speed hot pursuit demo, 'tis rather fun.

It's out on the playstation network? I know it's no gt5 sim, but it'll definatly keep me occupied for a while.

They did the same at TGS. Before the event started they had an old build (gamescom if I'm correct), then we started to see rain and night races.

Liverpool is in Great Britain as far as I know, so UK account for you, I also have an UK account, which has been updated, but no demo in sight...anybody else having this "problem" in Europe?

only thing i can think of, is maybe it has todo with playstation plus? but I dunno, it'll be out later today I'm sure.

this'll buy me enough time to have some fun before GT5 comes out.

Can't get excited by a number but please carry on as it wasn't meant serious anyway, just slightly sarcastic ( also a form of humour ).
Playing serious all the time? Really? Maybe it's due to me having partly German ancestory in the family bloodline myself albeit dating back centuries ago although I don't believe any national stereotype playing a role in my personality anyway, so the annoying part is simply me ( not the fact I'm Dutch or even partly German or otherwise ).
