The screenshot of somebody playing GT5 is fake - He was just playing Prologue but he deleted that in PS.
He said he can't see the trophies because Sony blocked them

CZ is a fake.

However I believe the photo's on the news page are legit.

What is the Jeff Gordon Driving School all about?
Do we have Spa?
How many NASCAR specific ovals are there, other than Daytona, Indy, (Motegi I would consider as a NASCAR oval, they raced there before).

I've seen the "Jeff Gordon Driving School" in other pictures. If it's like in the NASCAR games it's like License & Driving Techniques so you will know how the "cars" handle. Other NASCAR tracks could be: Infinoen.

Someone said they had a copy of GT5, and the person uploaded two videos on Youtube, and set it on private. The person said he contacted a mod on Gametrailers, and they will post the video. Jordan asked the person to send him the links, and so far no response from him.
