Walmart Soldout Online for both Game & Collector's Edition.

I hope that when I go to the store on Tuesday night they have copies in stock.

I'm still mad that the dude from Gamestop said that there was like 60 boxes in the back and they was "too busy" to check the contents out, but yet, I was the only customer in the store and they wasn't doing anything in the front.

If I still would have been working there with the people I was with, whoever came in for it early would have got it early. Screw all this beating around the bush BS.

Well my attempt to bribe a GS employee failed. The guy told me that if anyone that worked there sold before the 24th, that they would be fired and anyone else that worked that shift. I went in with my pre-order Best Buy receipt for my CE and told him that I would down grade and I'd give GS my money instead of Best Buy. I even took $100 cash as an incentive. At first he tried to tell me that they weren't even in. Then he turn around and said, if he could he would because he needed to pay his car note for the month,lol. I went to Walmart and I saw no advertisements what so ever so I just left. Oh well, I will wait it out. We all waited this long, we can go a few more.

Now I've seen it all.

I went to gamestop earlier to try the same thing (I would have offered only $20, $100 is too much to get a game a few days early IMO). But, they assured me, they haven't gotten them yet.

I am speaking of delayed up from a Tuesday release. We should get the game on the 23rd. I know of all the true game delays.

Right, it sucks. I'm going to try one last push next week to try to convince them to let the game go on a Tuesday rather than a Wednesday because it just seems odd.

I wasn't speaking of online. I only purchase retail so I went myself. I want it as soon as its available. You never know how shipping will turn out.

I just transferred my psp collection of cars to GT5 and I must say, they look REALLY good!

the standards are great, the standard Furai and Countach look and drive awesome, and there is honestly, HONESTLY little difference between them and premiums when driving...or even when taking pictures on the track....

so when you win cars that are standard know that they are going to look awesome!! nothing shameful about the modeling of the standards, up to par and looking good!

I agree that 100 was too much. I was hoping that they say it the same way and give me the game. I have a baby due on the 23rd and I may not get to play on release day. So if I could get a jump, I was going to do that. Plus I sort of knew I wouldn't get lucky which is why I had to make it worth giving me the game. I was going to post date a check for the 24th and they could do what they needed to do to keep from getting caught. An easy hundred bucks if someone budged.

Ask him if he can but in a word that overseas is already releasing the game. If all or most stores here in the States have the game and just waiting til the 24th, what's wrong with a Monday or Tuesday release. Our typical release day is Tuesday anyways.

Can you transfer GT5 prologue cars as well?

Technically, there still can be loads of GT5 news left,
Maybe they start releasing DLC, or the plan on releasing an update, or maybe news 'Inside' the game, like online events coming up, or certain bugs..

I may have missed it somewhere. But could you go into more detail on this? Does it transfer all cars in your collection? Just for use in Arcade Mode?

And anything else you can think to add. By the way, thanks for hanging with all of us GT'less losers right now.

Think of the paddles as being the up/down gear buttons on the controller.
