I think he's already on it considering he was viewing the thread a few minutes ago. :) And now it appears...

TREEEEEEEEE'D by the man himself!

2.03 details.

New themes for My Home in GT Mode.
An option for tire wearing in Pit Strategy(B-spec).
Simulates regenerative braking on electric cars.
Chaparral 2J Race Car '70: Fan down force option.
Fixed unintended pit stop error in the final lap of a B-spec race.

That is a pretty good list of cars, not all are my cup of tea, but the Jaguar, Aston and Lamborghini sound great in particular, not to mention the track.

Would've been nice if it were the Clubman. I wonder why the Countryman?

It would be even nicer to see the Mini WRC car instead!

don't think this is too believable...

I'd love to know your source.

Also, those pics are either legit, or probably the best photoshop job I've seen in a long time.

Considering how there are some random bits to the posts (such as new themes, and the max G-Force testing) makes it seem even more like legit PD stuff. lol

Love this drip feeding Space Empire, you certainly know how to keep us ont he edge of our seats

Definitelly, I'll break my F5 button.

Maybe he's a person who knows a lot about web and stuff and was just wandering around on gran-turismo.com and BOOM! found the info... before those kind of stuff is published, there's always some preview and test pages.

This sound less like an inside leak, more like the info has already been given out, there is just a hold on all information regarding it until a certain date.
Kinda like when automotive magazines tell you they have "seen a concept of this" but they can't really give you details, just hinting at it existing.

There are many reasons why he might have access to this info. Lets just hope none of them include him losing his job as a result

What would be strange is if this was part of his job, to give loyal GTPlanet followers a quiet little "heads-up" to keep us interested. Because with all the talk about the NSX, which they probably don't have near ready to release, they need something to take the place in the spotlight fairly quick to keep attention off the desire for them to release the NSX.
The official announcement will probably be coming soon also.

These shots are what make it believable. How could anyone make these sort of images just over a day after the NSX trailer was released, with angles we haven't seen (but match up with what we have). I believe him, how could you not?

Seeing one of the small images of Special Stage Route X... the left image, there's an area with cones? Or its just me? Ahhhh an open space to do some evil things... we need that.

Actually, they probably have the GT5 version pretty complete since the NSX was first spotted on the set of the upcoming Avengers movie, so who knows how long PD has had their hands on it. My guess is that if this "leak" is true, the Acura NSX Concept will also be a part of the DLC cars list.

Also....that SSRX looks MASSIVE! Like it'll make the old Test Track look tiny and that thing was over 6 miles. I'm thinking more along the lines of VW/Audi's test track which has a 5 1/2 mile straight. Perfect for getting cars like a fully tuned Veyron up to speed. Although, I'm guess this new oval will be much bigger...I'd say 6-7 mile straights, long, near vertical banking...so...15+ miles of high speed fun.

True, but it would be difficult to track it back to any one person.

Probably the only person who could do that is the webmasters by looking at his/her IP address.

Space Empire already blurted out a date MA. January 18th. He said time too, just can't be bothered to check..

For the update or the announcement of DLC Content 3?

I thought he had said January 16th. PSN Store updates on Tuesday nights(USA), so, Wednesday for the US would be a logical release day.
