Also, anyone notice in the slew of NASCARs there's one manufacturer missing: Dodge. Interesting note. Maybe they'll use the new Challenger R/T NASCAR. who knows.

That's the Camaro. I really hope that Mercury doesn't get the boot . . .

On the far right (the silver car) is what appears to be a Buick GNX. It's very blurry though, so hard to tell.

Compare the "GNX" with the challenger behind the Camaro. I think your GNX is a challenger. But I would be surprised if the GNX didn`t make it into GT5.

The Corvette is a 1969 c3 Stingray convertible with factory stock sidepipes. Can`t tell whether it`s a small block or big block but if someone can get me a picture of the hood i could tell you. The sidepipes were only available in 1969 (stock c3 sidepipes of course, but they were available on c2 corvettes)

Why did they pick the convertible? The Coupe looks a lot better in my opinion:

And jet1991, I think the Corvette is a coupe with a vinyl top.

I`m a big fan of these cars and I own and drive one myself. Not the same model year, but the same generation, and I can tell you it`s a convertible. Corvettes have never had any vinyl tops. Thankfully. I mean vinyl tops look good on some cars, like the challenger in some of those pictures, but a CORVETTE? No thanks.

And Torquehappen? The Corvette is a 69.
