If they didn't include them, I wouldn't think it was from a lack of trying. I also can't help but think that Aussie cars will get some sort of representation somewhere out of those 1000+ cars, just no screen time in the trailers.
I'm realy starting to doubt that there are gonna be 1000 cars in GT5. For the last year PD has been showing almost all the time the same few cars!
Australian cars don't really have the same appeal to either the US or the world as most of the cars used in the trailers.

For me they have a whole lot more but thats just my two cents.
By the way, according to this picture:![]()
It's a GranTurismo S, which has the 4.7 liter V8, as opposed to the 4.2 liter.
according to a picture of a Mercedes drifting Top Gear Test Track confrims that it's the GTS? You'll have to explain that one.
And like it matters what Ferrari engine the car has, is a FERRARI engine.
^? As far as I can tell that is surely the Maserati GranTurismo S and not a Mercedes of any sort.
yeah, you're right. it's early and my eyes are all dry and itchy. I retract my previous statement.

WOW ! That looks like tire deformation to me !![]()
I'm not seeing it, I see a shadow though.

Australia's best hope before the release could be the Sydney Motor Show in October. Of course, maybe they haven't added any new Australian content, which would be disappointing, but I wouldn't be overly shocked by it.
It looks like more than a shadow, but wouldn't the tire be folding under the car because of the way it's turning? The G forces would push the car to the right, and the part of the tire on the ground would be to the left side of the rim.
Or maybe not, I'm not exactly clear on how tire deformation works.

The Corvette is a `69. Why? The side pipes were only offered on 1969 c3 corvettes (but c2 had them), the side gills are from a 68 or 69, the blinkers are from a 68 or 69 and the rear lights are from a 69 - 73. Which means it`s a 1969 Corvette. But I don`t know if it`s the L48 (350 hp gross) or a L88 (officially 430 gross, but is supposed to be massively underrated), which are the most obvious choises.

And why does the car look like a lowrider on that picture?

Excellent detective work. I want to say that it's an L88, because the one in GT4 was, but that was the coupe. I really don't know . . .
Sorry guys - any evidence of Koenigseggs?
