the colors of the landing lights are wrong anyway. The Redbull's lights are Blue and Yellow and the video clearly shows red and blue lights.

True but like I said in my prior post the shot of the Ford GT has the road lit up. That part of the road though shouldn't be lit up as its a normal street. Not part of the air strip.

I think the only reason everyone agreed the original shot had to be the Top Gear test track was because it was the only place we knew of being in GT that actually had an air strip. Like you said, We aren't even sure if the Top gear track does have lights anymore (not like PD can't add them though themselves)

actually, the TG track DOES have landing lights, still. I seem to remember the guys braking one during an episode. And I'm sure they sure it to fly their guests in...at leasts the ones that have private planes and such.

Hi guys, haven't read all the previous pages so I don't know if It has already been discussed but look at the pic of "Normal events", for me, It looks like the SLS is at Spa and more precisely at the exit of the hairpin "la Source"

Second pic taken by myself at Spa During the Porsche Francorchamps Days 2010 (obviously, the angle is not exactly the same):

Tell me if I'm wrong.

Yes, it isn't Flugplatz, but it could be a corner at Hatzenbach, there's also grass but to be honest, I can't tell if there's grass in that menu pic. or not.

There's no grass in that menu picture. It goes from racing surface to rumble strip/line on the surface to paved runoff area and then the red/white wall.

It certainly looks like it's Spa to me but it's just not detailed enough to be certain. The likelihood of Spa being featured has certainly elevated but it's no confirmation yet.

Is it me or does the new Rome track look a bit bland. the layout i mean, it seems like they built it around the Monuments and attractions rather than for its layout, I miss the ROME NIGHT layout from GT2.

There are a couple of corner sequences i like if it goes clockwise, and that's about it. Wont know till we race it I suppose. :)

I just realized that they've only shown 1 Rally track so far. So maybe the Pass is another "Rally" course and perhaps they'll bring back Pike's Peak (the full version this time) and maybe some classics like Tahiti Maze.

This made me think, if we had Stelvio and Pikes Peak and maybe one more point to point, we could almost have stage based rally events based on best combined time instead of this one-on-one rally nonsense ;)

that's true. We really could do it with merely two Point to Point races, but it'd be more exciting with 3 or more.

However, I'd like to think that Stelvio Pass is confirmed. (And the 458 Italia Trailer had a Toscana road course...kinda like Tahiti Road and Tahiti Maze from GT2)

Yeah The Toscana road course if implemented would be stunning.

If you notice at the beginning is a little village that can also be scene in the FT-86 video. I would think, that if PD went to the trouble of modeling the village, as well as the road, it's in. Seems like fun, but I don't expect more than maybe two or three cars on it at a time. It'd be a fun cruising road with friends. And I also wouldn't be surprised to see it as a circuit.
