If you head over to the official site they have a thing about having the new Suburu WRX in the game too. This list is getting pretty spot on mate.

Please help me with more cars. I took the cars seen in screenshots and videos of GT5p. Please post pic with new cars in the list. Info about the cars are welcome too.

Gamespot has a more detailed car list, mainly more information on the year. They took this information directly from GT5:P's menu screen so it must be correct.

I've updated everything now, the TT is a Audi TT Coupe and it has 4wd and a 3.2 litre engine so we're both right. Although the engine is more interesting than the type of car imo. I don't think the GT-R Proto is a 2001 though, i'll check it up.

The GT-R prototype is the 2005 Tokyo motorshow version. Gamespot have it wrong.
 
I just realized something, if the GTHD demo is going to be removed from the PSN store when GT5:P comes do you think that that means that the cars from GTHD will be in GT5:P? I think that makes the most sense. If we know that Eiger is a track in GT5:P then it all comes together doesn't it?💡

You're probably right, soon we will have it confirmed.
 
Do you guys think that GT5:P will have the C6 Corvette ZO6? I saw it in Car & Driver and they said the 'Vette was better than the Dodge Viper SRT-10 (Which I also want in GT5:P).

i would expect the c6 vette to be in the full gt5 game.
 
Can anyone confirm that the Alfa 147 TI is the Twin Spark? From whay I hear the JTD is the 'real deal' - and we'd get another diesel in GT (after the 120d), which I'd find great news! (and please, I don't wish to start another diesel vs petrol discussion!!!):)
 
we should know more after the TGS this weekend... probably a very close build to the final release will be there and will answer some much anticipated Qs. ;)

The first post in this thread is fairly close, although it hasn't been updated in a few weeks.
 
There seems to be different variations in the body work between the two cars. If you look at the front of the car the wing mirrors are different and the front bumper has a license plate holder where as the production car doesn't. The front air intake doesn't have the GTR badge on the protoype version. Also the bonnet looks like it has a different cut, and the wheels are different for both cars.

From the rear you can see a different rear wing, and the license plate area is also wider. The diffuser is also a bit different.

I think you will be able to choose between the two versions in the game, so it should probably be added to the list.

yeah the side mirrors are different too, but what should the car be called?

The Elise shown so far is just a standard '96 Elise and not the 190 Sport.

Yeah Ive noticed that too. Hopefully he will fix it. Anywho how many more cars do we have to go? Yamauchi said 40 right? So around 17 more, who knows maybe theyll shove a Porsche in there just to piss me off even more with their non-NA release.........jerks. Hopefully we will get more Super GT machines other than the Xanavi Z and the Bandai Lexus.

I've edited the first post again. Fixed the Elise and added the GT-R. But doesnt the Elise have some more name after Elise? Is there a "regular" Elise really?

If they name it the Skyline GT-R35, I'll be amongst the first of many people to not be surprised.:cool:
 
The list is updated with the demo cars, and more info added. GT-R Black Mask is now deleted since it was only for the demo.
