According to HPD(Honda Performance Development), This car is an evolution of the Originally Courage-born ARX-01a.

Sorry if this is a bit off-topic but has anyone noticed that the format for car names in GT and our car lists (Ex: Honda Civic Hybrid '07) isn't the format we use when we talk? You wouldn't say, "I have a Honda Civic Hybrid Oh Seven", you'd say, "I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid." Just thought I'd point that out, it's fascinated me for a while. Now I'm not saying that the GT format is bad, in fact I prefer that format, but isn't it interesting that it's not what we'd say when we talk?

:-)

Honda CR-V 2007 :D
^ Um, sorry. The 2007 CR-V was already on the list with 2-3 models since Ver. 4.5.

^ I didn't notice that too much, but that is so true. As much as possible I (and ex-mod German Muscle) tried to replicate the format as similar as the what PD's format on their cars. But I don't see much of a problem really. ;)

Ah, I never noticed that, Good Point. Sure would sound weird if say, German Muscle was saying " I just purchased a Porsche Caymen S '07" as opposed to "I just purchased a 2007 Porsche Caymen S" As if the english language isn't already shaken up:crazy:

Oh and after taking a good look at the list(for reason its become a hobby everytime I post here), I would like to make some corrections:

Riley Race cars is actually called Riley Technoligies

I should have mentioned this when I first posted the cars, but Crawford is actually Crawford Race Cars

The Lola Acura B06/10 is actually correctly designated as the B07/40. LMP1 spec lolas are B06/10 and LMP2 spec Lolas are B07/40 Just like the LMP900 lolas were B2K/10 and the LMP675 Lolas are B2K/40.

I made a mistake on class designation as The Pescarolo C60 Judd LMP2 '08 is actually an
LMP1 car from 2007. This is the first ever car Manufactered By Pescarolo (as opposed to a further modified Courage C60)

And I would like to know whats the difference between Shelby American And Shelby Sports Cars

Sorry if I sound like a pain in the rear.

(To RACECAR) It's spelled SHELBY......SHELBY.....haha just messing with you buddy

If I were to format the list, I would obviously keep the alphabetical makes, but do something more along the lines of having the cars in order first by year, then alphabetical model name, or even alphabetical model name first then model year. The current way is just a bit confusing IMO.

I'd like to see some 'famous' movie cars in the game. Yep, being semi-serious here.

I think it would be a laugh to have the likes of:

K.I.T.T.
A-Team van.
Batmobile.
DeLorean from BTTF.
Bluesmobile.
General Lee.
Herbie.
Ectomobile.

The cars would need to be 'novelty' of course as many standard cars seen in movies (390 GT Mustang from Bullitt for example) are probably in the GT series already.

Additionally I'd like to see all the cars that Top Gear have 'customised' over the years and/or done their special challenges in. This would fit nicely with the GT5/Top Gear tie in that I have read all about.

hey i dont think you've included the 1993 W124 Mercedes Benz 300E(with 3.2), 400E, 500E (also the AMG editions), and the almighty E60 AMG
250px-1993_500E.jpg

img1027691844.jpeg

93mercedesFront.gif

the late 80s and early 90s w124 E-Class Mercs were the best cars in the world and the bench mark for benz on what a car should be. BUILD like tanks, with great speed behind them. Every Mercedes fan knows or should know about them. the E500's engine the 5.0L M119 was also adapted for racing with the addition of two turbochargers. It won the 1989 24 Hours of Le Mans in the Sauber C9 and was further used in the Mercedes-Benz C11 before being replaced by the M291 3.5L Flat-12 in 1991.

so there is no reason that you should not include these cars in the list :)

RACE CAR-> Your statement on the Lola cars are a bit too confusing, infact it made me dizzy. Could you please request it like Driving Parks format, I would gladly appreciate it. Request denied.

Jaguar C-Type-> I might have deleted those cars during the transfer due to their lack of info. But please list those Benzes in the proper format, thanks. Request denied.

I do see it is very confusing. I was saying that you missnamed the Lola Acura as B06/10 when its correct name is B07/40. Hope that explains it.
