Might not come since its in Forza 5 not trying to start an argument.

TBH, that doesn't make sense considering that there's a lot of cars that the current Forza and GT both have. Also, just because a car is put in one game doesn't automatically mean it can't be in other games unless Turn 10 managed to get an exclusive license or something.

I agree with this. Take Porsche for example. Turn 10 got a license from EA to create the Porsche Expansion Pack for FM4.

I'm sure that GT6 and FM5 will mostly have the same cars as they did in GT5 and FM4.

Agreed. I'm basically expecting similar car lists again for the most part.

:) Porsche!

please!!!

THIS, just so we can relive the TITANIC fight between Porsche and Jaguar again, and again, and again, and again....

I'd KILL for Porsche to be IN GT, more so for their racing cars than road cars.

Porsche has a long and proud racing pedigree, and they NEED to be in GT for that reason alone...sorry, RUF's just don't cut it for me.

Did you have to quote the entire damn post!? :odd:

I used the spoiler option but since it didn't work i've deleted the whole thing:)

On topic....

I've noticed something with regards to the Le Mans group C race cars (the cars up until 91 in R/L i think?) were easily hitting top speeds of 245+ MPH, and turbo cars with the boost turned up were even faster than that (obviously at the expense of fuel). but in GT4 and 5 Group C cars can barley get to the 235MPH mark (unless slipstreaming), some can't even make that speed...the point being, PD need to address that if they are serious about their tag line.

I Hope they include these:

- Audi R18 LMP1 '13
- Toyota TS300 LMP1 ' 13

- BMW Z4 GT3
- McLaren MP412-C GT3

- Citroen DS3 WRC '13
- Ford Fiesta WRC '13

- SEAT Leon Supercup
- Some SEAT street cars

In the latest GT6 snapshots, SSR5 is confirmed to be in the game. But in the announcement trailer, it showed (very quickly) the map of SSR11. It could be a possibility that SSR11 might be in GT6 (and maybe SSR7 as well).

SSR7 is pretty much confirmed

Which is strange, because most of the Group C cars in this game are massively overpowered. The Jaguar XJR9 and Mazda 787B did not have more than 750HP and 700HP in real life if I recall correctly. When I use the power limiter to get them down to these levels, there is no way they can reach those speeds,

Something is wrong with PD's aerodynamics, or perhaps they add enormous amounts of downforce, which consequentially adds a lot of drag? Considering they add 0.20 worth of rear toe to every car in GT5 for stability (even the cars that have live rear axles!), my guess is the latter.

Aero is one of the things they are supposedly working on for GT6 physics, so perhaps this problem is being addressed?

Either on disk or added through DLC. Gotta test it with GT6's new tire and suspension physics models.

Obviously there is allot that PD need to address-and we hope they do indeed address the more serious problems. IMHO, there's no reason they cannot address them at this late stage of the PS3's life (PS4 is a whole nother story lol).

But if you go on YT and watch Le Mans 88, they clocked the cars on the Mulsane straight and report the speeds as in excess of 245 MPH the cars were hitting.

The problem may simply be PD's coding of the power levels vs the top speeds of the car. for instance, the Jag XJR9 should have MUCH better acceleration as an NA engine compared to the turbo cars due to turbo lag, but this isn't the case in the game.

As for down force, i was reading up on the Nissan R92CP and the figures quoted were that car hit a top speed of 245 MPH on the Fuji straight and was still accelerating when it had to decelerate for the first corner. the down force reported at that speed was 3.5 tonnes  in the game i can't get that car to go that fast unless slipstreaming or much reduced down force....could be that the default down force settings are wrong?

But even if you reduce DF and engine power to RL levels, my guess is the car will barley hit 230 MPH.

What do you think guys, what are the odds that we´ll see some of these cars?

McLaren P1
McLaren MP4-12C GT3
McLaren MP4-12C Spyder

Quite likely. PD have noticed that supercars sell, and since the P1 looks set to rewrite the rulebook on supercars (oh don't you just love clichés? :sly:), they would be taking notice methinks.

McLaren MP4-12C GT3

We've already got three confirmed GT3 cars (Audi R8 LMS ultra, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3, Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 N24), so I reckon we'll get a couple more.

McLaren MP4-12C Spyder

Honestly don't know what to call on this one. My general feeling is that PD aren't big fans of convertibles. Looking at the GT5 Premium Dealership now, there's only 19 true convertibles (not counting the Shelby Cobra 427 & Art Morrison Corvette, they both appear to lack roofs of any kind), three of which are Mazda Roadsters and two of which are Suzuki Cappuccinos.

All the Cars in the History section in GT5 .. why are they featured in the game but can't drive them, lol some should be fun ..

They really should put the M1 in the game it would be an absolute joy to drive.

Agreed I found it a blast to drive in Forza 4 and it proved to be quite useful in online B Class Time Attacks. The M1 Procar would be a beast as well!

We might see the Pagani Huayra since the EA exclusive license only lasted through December 31st 2011. I hope we see it in GT6

Also would love to see the Mercedes SLS AMG Electric Drive, at least for this color option

I think they will put in the V8 supercars. Think about it, they scanned Bathurst so it would almost be racing sacrilege to not include V8 supercars when you have their most notable track in the game.
