This might be a bit of a conspiracy theory but with PD getting technical help form Yokohama and KW for their physics wouldn't it make sense for the WTCC to be included in GT6? After all the WTCC uses Yokohama tires and from what I've seen KW Automotive sponsors every car as well... Just a thought...

It should be safe to say, because, even though this is pre-GT Anniversary Conference, it is in-game footage. Plus, its a nice new to series-and, possibly, new to video games-car. The only other game I know of with the Marrusia is NFS Most Wanted (the new one).

Point taken, but I did say I think, didn't I? Either way, that appears to be a new-to-series car, as I said. The only thing to find out now is what it actually is. Besides, they look fairly similar, and its been a while since I actually saw a pic of the car.

Many guess have already been made as to what car that is, and there hasn't been an answer. We need to wait for PD to answer that one for us. As far as we can tell, it's either a yet-to-be-revealed real car, or some fanciful piece of creative work by a bored car modeler who wanted to troll us.

It might appear in GT6 as a special edition car like the Tuners in GT5 did.

Might be... but I hope not, considering he lists it's specs as only having 340hp, not to mention 100km's on the clock and being a 4-speed Auto. There are better looking and performing Supra's in the world.

Best case scenario: It's meant to be a hint at the customization options and potential livery editor that's coming in GT6.

Realistic scenario: They needed nice cars at the event that communicated the range of makes in GT and got what they could.

Well, you are right about having to wait, unless, of course, someone comes along who knows what it is. However, about it being a bored modeler's piece of design fancy, I'm not so sure. I do remember seeing that car somewhere, but I just can't remember where. I'll dig around the internet and see if I can find out. Anyway, let's just get back on topic with some new cars!

True, but don't forget where you are. It's not like GTPlanet members are a bunch of complete novices when it comes to identifying a vehicle. The car in that trailer is one of two vehicles I've ever seen that I've not been able to identify eventually (barring pre-'50's vintage metal).

But, I won't stop you from trying! Just because I haven't seen it before doesn't mean it doesn't exist! I wish you luck, sir.

You know what would really suck, if they didn't have the laferrari or the mclaren p1 in the game. They sure as hell ain't getting dlc $ from me. Also still can't figure out wether to buy gt6 or buy a ps4 instead...

Actually, the reason why they're not on the master car list here is because the creator of this thread is only including cars that are new to GT6, no cars from GT5 are included.

I thought this part was talking about cars that were standards in 5 and are premium in 6 like the 1974 lamborghini countach lp400 that is in the list

That's why the Countach is on the list, with a PREMIUM tag next to it

Having not read the whole thread I have to ask how come the Alpine doesn't have said tag.

The Alpine in GT5 is from 1973 while the GT6 one is from 1968.
As of now, they are different models but some believe the '68 it's a mistake by PD.
I will keep it that way until we have more info on this car.
