GT6 Master Car List [NOT A WISHLIST]

The Alpine in GT5 is from 1973 while the GT6 one is from 1968.
As of now, they are different models but some believe the '68 it's a mistake by PD.
I will keep it that way until we have more info on this car.

Just a friendly comment but the current list is not very easy on the eye with some cars in different colours, some as hyperlinks. I think it'd be better if they're all plain text with either a (photo) or (rumoured - source) after them.

I actually tried to make it better looking than the GT5 list.
My goal was to have only two different colors : blue for confirmed cars and red for rumoured. With in the end, only the hyperlinks remaining.
I put the cars without pictures in blue so they would blend in with the hyperlink one. So as to not have cars in black which would correspond to nothing.

I thought the GT5 list was too crowded with info.
This one feels much improved to me and clearer.

It's just my opinion of course but it looks a bit messy with black headings, then blue and red listings and only some of them being links.

Well, I actually tried to do it like the Forza list.
The big difference is that the Forza list is definitive, while the GT one is a constant work in progress.

Well, I believe all the cars from the event are on the list. Excluding those who already were on GT5.

I believe he has listed a lot of the cars from the event, (like the M5, GT86 Cup, Focus ST, etc). Some of the cars previously appeared in GT5, so no reason to add those. (Tree'd EDIT: More or less confirmed. Feel free to find more though!)

The only thing that bothers me on the list is that there technically is 2 NSX concepts, one from 2012 and one from 2013 (which has different vents, different wheels and other changes like a reduction of the rear integrated spoiler). The 2012 one (which is the only once currently listed) appeared in a trailer before we received SSRX in GT5 (and previewed it for us)...I'm not sure we'll ever see that version. But we might see the 2013 version in GT6, who knows.

I replaced the 2012 with the 2013 version. It's the more likely version we'll get I think.

The 360 Modena looks like one of the normal Silverstone cars used for the 'Drive Days' so I would avoid adding that at the moment. However the AE86, Juke Nismo and TT RS could go onto the list in red.

We don't know if it's standard or premium yet so we don't put it on the list yet,though it's one of my faves so I sure hope it's premium.

I wouldn't count either one out. Example: FT-86 II Concept was shown in a video and then didn't hit consoles until the actual 86 was released.

I'd say it would be best to be thorough and put both.

Yes, in a word. For one when they already have a real Castrol Supra, they're surely not going to include a poorly converted road car version as well but the one at the event had GT6 plates as well, obviously all they could get.

It was all just promotional as far as I'm concerned but we can only wait and see as with everything.

It's the same principal, cars being used for promotional events which are not included in the game, the cars at Silverstone are cars which are cheap to get to the event since they're already in Britain, that's why there is a British GT Toyota there instead of Japanese GT cars.

It might be, it might not be. It's unconfirmed, for now.

Noone knows. Although, it's usually true that cars that appear at an event aren't always going to be put in the actual game.

Of course, you never know; the cars at the silverstone event with GT6 license plates could possibly be actual cars to be in the game or some of them at least.
