GT6 Master Car List [NOT A WISHLIST]

Really miss Best Motoring. I think they're a huge part of the reason why I enjoy racing (untuned) road cars more than race cars. That's also the reason why I'm totally okay with the inclusion of standard cars in GT6. Online shuffle racing just wouldn't be the same without standard cars.

I find Standard Cars awesome  Especially Shuffle Races

PD has stated that there are over 1200 machines in GT6. I'm pretty sure some of them are yet to be revealed, about 20 or 40 of them. We're currently at 1196 (Missing the Deltawing).

We're at 1221 if you include the "15th Anniversary Edition" cars so they're already well over 1200.

In the GT6 ad being shown today, two red and black R35 GT-R's are side-by-side at a start line and accelerate away. I think they have PS3 livery? Are these the GT-R Gt Academy cars?

Oh, I think they were in that list actually. It's really odd on how things changed so much over the last few months.

I'm really eager to drive this Impreza.

Is this the spec c model?

Wait. What ad?

During ad breaks on network 7 for the Phillip Island V8 Supercar event, a Gran Turismo 6 commercial for PS3 was shown.
It begins on a golf course with two players lined up side-by-side in golf carts fitting their driving gloves. Then, in a warehouse with two forklifts side-by-side and the workers nod to drag race. Then it goes virtual and you see a worms eye view from the rear of two R35 GT-R's in red & black livery lined up at a start line(might be Silverstone to simulate a GT Academy licence test ?) peeling off. Its edited with a few GT6 trailers of the Viper drifting/skidding on Mount Panorama, the two Renault Megane Trophy's racing, the GT3 Z4 and the shot of supercars(Viper, Vette, etc.) on Mount Panorama heading straight at the camera from the Mount Panorama trailer. It then shows a picture of the PS3, blue background and reads "December 6" or "6 December" for PS3. A young 20's/30's Australian Narrator speaks over the entire ad.

I don't know if anyone has noticed but the official car list does not have the NSX Concept on it but is here. DLC maybe???

No, it's the Impreza S206 NBR model that was listed on the official car list. A car that I really wanted to drive in a racing game/sim.

Here's the spec c from what I can tell:

I wonder why PD bothered to add another variant of the GRB/GRF

I was responding to someone suggesting a car is in "the other half" of the list, ie. the unannounced bits. If there even are any cars still yet to be revealed, I think "half" is a bit much to describe that, no? :)

Indeed, PD should at most be missing about 10 or 20, which is much fewer than half. We already know of 3 possible machines that are not on the car list currently, the 2000GT, the Honda NSX and the Sauber Mercedes C9.

Exactly. I swear 98% of the standard Miatas in GT5 were just the same car model with a slightly different name and different performance specs.

Yup. I now have almost every car in the game, and I've been buying every new car that shows up in the used dealer for quite some time. Every single time a new car pops up that I don't have, it's just another Miata, Skyline, RX-7, NSX, 3000GT, etc. I'm really getting sick of it. Hurray, the same car that I've already bought twenty times!

You think it's going to be just that Hornet or will there be more coming?

Hard to say, but seeing how this was revealed only a few weeks before the release I wouldn't be surprised if Kazunori has a few more aces up his sleeve.

And were missing 4 cars from the supposedly 1200 car list and were missing about 60+ from the so called 200 new cars statement.
