And I think you are waiting for a game other than GT. Sure thay have added drifting but the rest just sounds like another game...
That is rather my point, people have adapted the game for these purposes, true - though don't be surprised when it doesn't actually happen. I only mentioned the drifting because Kazunori-san seems to have taken a shine to it.How? When GT has everything I said, or we try to create it ourselves, it has rally but its limited, we make our own car shows, there some vintage cars, it needs drag racing with a working christmas tree, but we had to make our own tree and strip, i mean GT there is other things to do with a car besides go around a track over and over. Its about the car culture in general and everything with it that if GT can bring to the table it will go down in history as the greatest car sim ever. Its not another game im looking for its just we need more things to do with cars beside racing. The racing not going anywhere its just what happens after the race is what im saying
It's rather funny, because clearly everyone liked GT5, so what's all the complaining about?
GT6 is an improvement, but until we play it ourselves opinions are just premature.
Looking forward to GT6, very happy
GT6, because it's called GT6.
More like Gran Turismo 4.3.....
Your own hype or let down?
Personally I have yet to see anything groundbreaking regarding GT6.
Yes the lighting looks awesome and new physics look a lot better,
but still I have yet to see anything that would make me eager to jump in time.
I do hope that GT6 will be much greater of a game than GT5 and bring a more refined and cool experience,
but somehow I doubt it.
But again this is only my opinion.
So what's your take on this?
Actually It is your logic that fails. All software is whatever the publisher decides to call it. If they decided to call it GT4 then it would be GT4 they won't of course because that one is already out there. They could call it Standard Cars Rock if they wanted or they could call it NFS 2013 [would probably be sued for that one but ...]Fail logic. If they call it Gran Turismo 4 it will be GT4?
Because of comments like it is 5.5 and saying others are wrong when they say it is 6. It is GT6 that is a fact. You may as well tell us that the sky is purple with pink polka dots. Not to mention that you nor anyone else here really know what the game will be like but we all know that it is not GT5.5And why do you call the attenders of a fan forum of GT 'some lame people on the internet' in first place?

Typical case of praising the almighty Kaz and his helpers, the almighty PD.
Then you're pretty ignorant, Roadhog. I've mentioned plenty of arguments in the last two paragraphs of my first post in here why it comes off as a GT5 Spec 3, and I've also named things I hope to come that will differ GT6 more from GT5, but I doubt those things will come.
It is a full release version and we do not know what it entails. We should know more soon. Yes they did not mention a lot of things and what that really means is that we don't know about any of the things that were not mentioned. It doesn't matter if the damage model is the same, the sounds are the same, or anything else. There will be new cars, new tracks, new features as well as updated/upgraded features and it should be a good game.
I'm going to assume we can ride on fire-breathing dragons and play as Chuck Norris in GTA V, i mean since they haven't mentioned it or shown it in any of the trailers it's still entirely possible right?....right? LOL
Call it whatever you want to call it. I'm just saying that I don't see anything new or better that is going to make me want to buy the game. The premium/standard thing, car sounds, AI, all look like they haven't been fixed.
If they are going to call it a simulation racing game, then that's what it should be - no black shadowy cockpit, no vacuum cleaners for the sounds, actual let us put different engines and transmissions in the cars, hot rod the cars, paint them up how we want - oh wait, Turn 10 is doing that with Forza and doing a a great job, maybe I ought to go buy their game...

Did you watch the trailer? Just look at the Lp400 and A110 again. And you haven't even played it. One thing I hate is people criticising stuff they haven't even tried yet. Just read off the Internet or let prejudices sway their opinion.
And they keep going on about how "oh this game is better than GT6", even though they haven't played nor heard info WHATSOEVER about those said games, yet they keep coming to GT6.
That's just how they are man. XD
Suppose so. And they'll form an opinion from the demo too, even though that won't be accurate in many ways. Such is the world we live in
Regardless of what it is and how much people whine and moan about it, PD will still get a bucket load of sales and those who say they won't buy it, will buy it eventually. It's inevitable.
Personally, I don't care if it's a whole new game or more of the (albeit improved) same - the same is still a good formula which although has its flaws, is still something we enjoy(ed).

just hoping for a proper GT7 on PS4 whenever it may happen, until then i'll be just fine without GT
I expect they would get offended if I said Santa Claus isn't real, and the Tooth Fairy are your parents sneaking in to your room while your sleeping.
