No it does not give you another car for gold.
You still get two cars per licence in total.

Finishing the third set of Goodwood Festival of Speed events (Audi Quattro rally car, Aston Martin One-77, and the Ford GT40 Mk 1) gives the Chevrolet Corvette StingRay Racer Concept '59.

P.S to anyone that doesn't have the game yet, you can survive for a long period without spending a single credit on cars or tuning, apart from the compulsory Honda Fit. Do races with it until you get the Clio. The Clio walks over absolutely everything it comes across. Do the kart races and the goodwoods, coffee breaks and use the reward cars to complete events that you couldn't before. I'm sitting on 480K at the moment, almost finished National B, golded everything so far, and haven't spent anything. This is mainly for the people that are worried about how long it is going to take to save up credits etc.
