So.... 100K nitrous systems, 45K racing suits, and 15K racing helmets.
What's the going rate for a Corvette?? 25 Million?!?!?!?!?

Personally, now just personally, I wish the folks at PD could visit a web page, or go to a garage, and find out more realistic pricing on these things.
FFS, we're talking about charging 100,000 for a $500 part.

It's basically a big GT5 patch. Visuals, UI navigation, physics and loading times improved. I like how license tests are required now, and the new game progression system. I'll take a screenshot of the 2nd set of events later.

Replays didn't improve, neither the video quality or the features/angles. There are also some annoying things like not being able to rotate the car in GT autos when buying wheels. You're stuck with either full front or full side view. It's still no where near GT4 to me, but still worth the money and time. Even for the new physics alone. If GT5 was GT5p Spec II, GT6 is actually GT5 minus a few features from GT4.

Agreed.

btw did you get your hands on a GT-R? and can you confirm whether BBS LMs/Rays VR.G2 wheels have been taken out?

.

Compare how they look, or drive them? I can tell you right away the regular 86 is one of the best cars I've driven in any GT. It's almost up there with the 996 RUF, 430 Scuderia and Mclaren F1.
How they look. Just dealer/gallery view. Thanks.

As for licenses, overhead view.

Hello I have a question to become very concerned about Aero parts do you a lot? Are there any over-fender?I'm glad if you show me the picture and movies

That's not sounding good...
Sounds perfectly fine to me.

If Call of Duty/Battlefield/FIFA (and other sports titles) are considered an entirely new game with 95% of assets reused, zero gameplay changes and the entire UI copied and pasted, I think GT6 being called GT5.5 when they add 25% more content, rebuild the physics and revamp the UI is a little bit rich.

Hell, if COD "patched" their games like that, I'd have bought one since 2010.

I'm looking through all the videos and pictures but I still haven't seen the cockpit view from a standard vehicle bizarrely?!!

Can someone confirm if we are still getting the black silhouettes in the vast majority of the standard cars?

Yeah, looks like some prices are inflated.

There's actually a good and simple way to quantify this. We can compare the price of identical cars in GT5 and GT6, compare the payoffs of each race, the price of tires and other tuning part, etc. I think we would come up with interesting results. I noticed that the stock cars (from NASCAR) actually did not change prices (500,000 Cr.). But the helmets are more expensive than some cars.

edit: Okay, had a look into the prices of some cars and the prices seem to have remained stable. I just chose a few cars at random (Golf V GTI, EVO IX, California, F40, Jaguar XJFJXXF '67 or whatever) and their prices were identical in both games. But that's not the end of the story. Let's see how many credits you get for winning races and then we can conclude whether or not cars/parts became more expensive.

Still no drag racing is there?
I think there's a pretty explanation as to why there isn't any drag racing in GT. The physics model is not refined enough to translate a small changes in setup or throttle application, to a change in acceleration.

I mostly play online in shuffle rooms, and whatever car I drive, the best way to launch the car is to smash the throttle and spin those tires. Some cars are very powerful/have poor traction/have weird gearing and it's actually better to launch in second gear but that's about it in terms of skills involved in drag racing. You don't even have to modulate the throttle or anything.

Agreed. I still laugh at those who say GT6 is GT5.5, they're just being silly.

You just won the post of the day by me! :D

On another note, I just found this gem on YouTube:

Do you know when you will unlock this type of event?
