What I'm noticing so far is that if you're an average player, like myself, if the race has a max pp rating of 500, for example, make sure your car has a rating of ~420, maybe less. Just watched a race of a guy who has some basic driving concepts down but still dive bombs turns, enters them too fast, thinks gas/brake are on/off switches, and such, and he's winning 550pp races in a 415pp FIT.
I've been out of the Gran Turismo loop for a while...i didn't play GT5. If you add performance parts to your car, do the pp ratings go up???

Only ones that affect weight, horsepower, or downforce. Rather strangely, a full-custo suspension does nothing. Or at least, that's the case in GT5.

@MX5Racer69 this is the photo I was speaking about. This is a GT6 photo and it clearly shows numbers of the left door andf the rear hatch.

Well...I think the longest we've seen is the 24 minutes of Le Mans.

I'll be 🤬 if they have done away with all the semi long and endurance races... Then again, this is PD. Stupid design decisions seems to be a goal for them. Isn't it weird that I'm really excited about the game, yet my hatred for PD is rising?

What the hell is up with all these uber short races? They better not be in the majority...
Just an idea of mine...The tracks should be divided into 3 catagories...short = 10 laps, medium = 5 laps, long = 2 or 3 laps....just an example, or depending on what license you unlock, the laps should get longer...

Doesn't the "6" next to each car denote its NEW to Gran Turismo 6. As in, ALL cars in GT6 ARE new to GT6.

They need to change this wording:
* This list is one part of the cars planned for inclusion, and is subject to change.* indicates that the car is appearing for the first time in the series.
