Much the same as in GT5, and it looks like races can be set by number of laps only, with no option for time set races.
Looks like room hosts can enforce a minimum number of pit stops in a race though, which is new.

I'm still impressed how linear the career feels: start really small, only 6 cars on track, short courses then gets bigger and bigger.

It's not really much different from gt5. You have levels that open up as you progress and you only need to finish a small part of these levels to open up new ones.
Thinking about it, it's pretty much the same thing, isn't it?

Oh wow, haha. Glad we're not the only ones. Yeah drifting can be such a pain, especially when attempting to obtain a certain point.

Interesting, guys, because for me drifting comes pretty natural... Maybe it just depends on the "Hoonigan" level of each driver.

Those who asked about rally... I guess DIRT TRIALS will do. SO no we have a night series, rain series, dirt series and I can only assume snow series.

My favorite thing about the new career mode is the return of One Make races; I loved them in GT2 & 4 and it's great to see them once again in GT6. I hope there's a Mustang event in one of them (noone tell me what one make races there are, I want to find out when I play the game myself).

The career mode is looking great in GT6. I remember not to long ago everybody thought it was going to be complete trash like how GT5 career was. More events the better, also I love that one make races are back as well. Good move Pd.👍

Damn that's lots of Nissan that are semi premium now!
To be very honest if they can pull off making all standards look like that, while patching the game out, I would love it.
And in my eyes its more acceptable

lol, am I the only brazilian who didn't get the game yet?

my game preordered from RicardoEletro.com has an expected delivery date set for February 1st, which is like not having purchased the game at all... I might cancel this preorder and get it from a street shop... Unfortunately I work on an offshore oil rig and will only go to shore on the 21st... So if you guys can't wait for another 2 days, imagine what I'm going through...

I kinda expected more from the base models thought, I thought there'd be some more ads on the car, be it Sony, GT, Bravia, whatever...In the end they're exactly the same as the old RMs, which is cool too, I guess

Yeah they are like the RM's, u can't set the aero on the front only on the back and right now i have him still stock, so no powerhouse at the moment, perhaps thats why his so silent at least on third person and in the replays, u can't almost hear it!
