I put the Gamersyde video up on YT for easier streaming.
I can sense a grip, slip and frictioned slide of the new tyre model... the motion is different from GT5

Tyre marks and smoke are still there
No hard specular sun reflections or shadows. Maybe overcast day or dusk

This sort of lighting on the Top Gear Track would be more realistic to your typical english day I think!

Girl at the end struggled ^^ haha
Doesn't seem as if the others were any better.

Luckily jordan can at least drive properly, he's the only one who has posted videos so far with good driving. By far!!!

:ill:

That looks disappointing tbh. Same ol' same ol'.

This is what a Rocket should be like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h970m9gIS0E

It's a road car not a Formula racing car.

The high sense of speed and very smooth driving makes it look bad, both good things that makes it look boring for some eyes. Average speed was around 70mph but it looked like he was doing more than that.

It looks fine to me. Let's have a hooligan drive this and see how it goes.

Bear in mind that the circuit is absolutely tiny and none of the straights are more than a couple hundred metres long, the driving position is very close to the ground, and the car weighs next to nothing and was developed by Gordon Murray.

On an F1 sized professional circuit like Suzuka, Spa or Silverstone the speed difference would be very noticeable.

i remember i saw another video of the silverstone event in the rocket. It was not easy to drive at all. i don' t know why is too easy in this video. Jordan, super soft tyres? I hope so!

If the choices of tires that are available for the demos there are limited to Racing tires only then even Racing Hards might be too grippy for a light weight / low power car like that, heck even Sports Soft might be over the top too.

worst driver in GT history!!

The average punter can't drive

It pains me when people like that get to drive the game but most of us here don't :(

"Your #1 source for everything video games"

And that channel gives us this crap

I don't even care about the driving, its the horrible quality of the video that's irritating.

But I will laugh at everyone that foolishly expects perfect driving at all times on a new game no one has touched

Thanks for proving my point, gentleman. You have not disappointed me :sly:

Well duh, he's got more time with a wheel then all of those people at the floor combined

Indeed not, but its an overall generalization of the fact that everytime there's a driving demo at E3, people on the internet for some reason have this totally unrealistic expectation for ANYONE driving to stay on the road or not mess up somewhere.

It's not really an expectation. It's just that when you sit at home looking for all the available information for your favourite game, every little scrap you can find, it's somewhat irritating to see that the people fortunate enough to have hands-on access to it provide those hilarious/sad videos.

They have every right in the world to be horrible at it but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Autumn ring has changed significantly. So far I noticed:
-Sharper/different textures.
-New, more detailed trees
-"Treewalls" gone.
-Birds
-Different lighting and sky box
-No crowd on the grand stands
-Security cranes gone.
-Completely reworked, much more detailed stone walls.

Edit, I wonder if the "watchtower of doom" still exists.
