GT6 Time transition

For me, the sky is too bright now. Almost cartoon-like. But that might just be because of specifically chosen exposure levels to "show it off". Still, too much milky way, perhaps...

It's a nice detail, and those clouds must have been tricky to do over the moving background. Crazy attention to detail, in a way.

It's more Forza philosophy than realistic style usually researched by Podi. But Nurb, Le Mans and other night tracks will be awesome now ! Exactly like Toscana was in GT5.

Spa at night, with volumetric clouds - will be interesting to see them move and how rain will form - no more texture skyboxes

Yeah I can't wait and see how it looks during night. It was too dark in GT5 and did not like it much. As some one said there are too many stars and looks as if you driving in some other planet lol. But may be it will be fun to drive in night now :)

The sky brightness is actually quite accurate, but only if you were in a very dark site far from any major populated area. You have to get away from the urban environment which most of us live in to realize how 'bright' the Milky Way is. Of course, if it were truly this dark, it would be too dangerous for any meaningful racing. But, this is a game, so some artistic license is to be expected.

Looks like they really improved it. Glad that it's not super dark to a point where u couldn't even see. Glad they improved this.

I really can't wait to take some shots of cars going all out on the track while seeing the gorgeous stars above them in GT6. :D

I'm pessimistic about GT6 (same boring race formula, AI, sounds, standard cars...), but if there is one point that impresses me it's the beauty of the new lighting system, and the extension of those great day- night transitions to more and more circuits 👍

Ah heck maybe i'll buy it just for the pleasure of cruising under such circumstances; i'll shed a tear meanwhile ;)

As long as the stars aren't as clear while in car with headlights blazing then this is still a fantastic addition.
I expect this vid has been tweaked to show off the effect.

Glad to see more Time / Weather love being spread out to more tracks. Would have liked to see some time changes on a few of the city courses though. Shame, as Rome's Colosseum and Madrid's Cibeles Fountain could have been quite striking during evening / night races.
