Good luck! I did hate drift missions before VR, I hate them with VR, I still hate them with VR and motion rig. And yes it leaves a gap, I will never finish 100% of the single player mode, it is sad, but I watched several youtube videos and I still don’t understand how it works :(

Rally is different, that changed totally with VR! Definitely fun!
With the drift missions you can cheat in 2 of them and one of them they count understeer as drifting.

In all honesty just do them with the controller and using the face buttons, so much easier.

I didn't think PSSR, Raytacing/ Resolution, or 120hz settings affected anything in GT7 when in VR.
I don't see where John at Digital Foundry said they did in that video. I think he was referring to flat screen when talking about those settings.
But maybe I missed something.

I tried last night and the 120fps option amongst others are all greyed out.

Yeah this is pretty good huh. Impressed by the quality. I expected quite a mushy image judging by everyone raving about pro enhancements but it looks really good on the base model.
I think the fact my experience is mostly based off the original Oculus Rift helps that though.

Only thing I don't like particularly is that I can see the 'texture' of the lenses across the entire image, but it's a super minor thing in the grand scheme of it all.
Did the Porsche Cup weekly at Maggiore and a Daily A as all I could fit in right now - Maggiore is awesome! The verticality shines through immensely. Rally was also really fun and I'm glad the horizon lock isn't super obvious, didn't hamper anything for me. About half a second off pace on that right now which is solid.

Try to lower the screen brightness in VR settings to ~70% and then increase brigthness in game by +0.5, it makes a small difference but just enough i think :)

Hi ! I want to give an update for my PSVR2 problem of last week. It´s not because of "me", of course, but because it could be important to any of you.

My headset stopped working without a reason. The error on screen "Please connect the PSVR2 headset directly to the USB-C port".
It wasn´t the cable, the port seemed ok, and more importanly I tested on a friend´s ps5 and it worked perfectly.

The problem then ? Some small piece called TPS2001DDGK with regulates the voltage of the USB ports. Fat PS5 have 3, and if it isn´t working properly it can give less power to the usb-c port and then the headset don´t have enough energy to start. In some cases it can give the error "you have too many usb devices connected" when booting the PS5.

Just an update in case you may be having similar trouble!

BTW... it may very well be the "excuse" to buy a PS5-Pro (1150 usd here in Argentina, plus 250 usd for the drive... don´t ever complain again lads....).
