Anyone know why they keep the same 3 tracks up for over a week in the Sport Lobby section? Atleast add more if its the only place in the game where you can race competitively without a group. ACC has way better matchmaking, for alot less money. Someone wakeup the devs off there private jet to add more tracks or something.

Yeah ACC's matchmaking is really stellar. 5 entire races per whole day, proper corker. Sometimes it's only 3!
Truly, every game should aspire to have that much variety.

Not to be pedantic but they're not up for over a week.

I'm sure we'd all love a bit more variety but what we have ensures full lobbies in multiple races per hour. It works pretty well and only gets annoying if you really dislike all 3 combos.

We have Championship races too which normally adds another 2 combos per week (on set days).

at face value - there are simply not enough drivers (on PS5 anyway) for them to do add more.

i prefer to race in the morning (EST) and always see enormous gaps in qualifying times, and sometimes Race A has like 8 racers total in the region going. they did this in GT Sport, but the consoles were merged and it seemed like there were always full rooms. adding 2 more daily races would require making the other races run less often, which would be a bummer since some races last 7 minutes tops.

speculation - they really thought that the 'meeting places' on every track would be popular and retain a lot users. they didnt invest time into innovating sport mode in part due to this.

i used to skip the manufacturers/nations stuff because it always runs at night (i can't drink coffee at night), but it seems like they are now running them during daylight hours. might be worth checking out as another way to time trial different races at least.
