The game can read your mind, so if you're looking for one particular car... the game will refuse to spawn it. :sly:

Pretend you don't even care anymore.

Then BAM! Catch the game by surprise!
I was looking for a standard Sentinel, kept spawning XS', then I give up 2 hours later and go to the beach to relax, 6 of the 🤬 are parked.

Trying to find a Sultan.... I drive from the City to the Prison and back multiple times. . Nothing... I exit to story mode and Franklin is surrounded by them!!!

They common on story but as rare as a Z Type online :)

My new mods, without my new wheels. They're basically classic muscle car wheels painted black.

Next stop: a house with 10 car garages.

Just some old pictures of my cars, don't even have most of them anymore, or have been modified.

I should really update these.

And here I am, surrounded by Futos and Sultans...

A good place to look for them is by Paleto Bay. In the Spawn Location of the Voodoo.

*across the street from the Paleto Bay PD*
I want a Burrito. Found one but a player destroyed it. Can't take it to LSC at all. The manufacturer logo in the garage is just .img. Guess R* never thought I'd find it. :)

I find the onlime spawn patterns on ps4 are absolutely awful. There is no variety, usually asteropes, cavalcades and whatever simeon is looking for - then a massive wave of futos.

I find that the quality of the spawn patterns is dependent on your physical location of the lobby - not the location-dependent spawns, but rather where you're standing in relative to other players. The more players there are, the more limited the spawn pattern (and quantity of traffic) seems to become. When you're in an area alone, even in a respectably-populated lobby, the spawning seems to have more variety, and the game will allow for more traffic to accumulate.

I don't know if any of that has any actual basis, but it's something I've observed while cruising around for the past couple of months.

I thought traffic spawns were supposed to be updated on PS4/X1. Maybe they were, but not in terms of variety.

The game uses the same general system, but it will spawn more individual models and cars at a time.

Keep it mind, this is online. Offline is a different story.

I've posted this before, but while we're the topic, I noticed variety is much better in open rooms, than closed/solo rooms. Found this out when I was looking for a particular car, and after seeing the same crap over and over in a solo room, I went to an open room, and seen right away, a big difference in variety. Tried it a couple times, with the same result.

On PS4 this seems to be most common

City

Common

Buffalo
Cavalcade
Baller
Asea
Asterope
Mule
Granger
Pony
Ruiner
Dominator

Rare

Pigalle
Banshee
Voltic
9F
Sentinel XS
Phoenix

Countryside

Common

Buffalo
Emperor
Sand king

Rare

Sultan
Futo
Rebel

GTAO does, mostly ASEA and PIGALLE.
Yeah Ok, the Asea spawns more often but its not a new vehicle. I have also never seen a Pigalle spawn online ever and I must have racked up many hours online since PS4 launch. They must be pretty rare but I take your point. What I meant was that the new DLC cars spawn much less often online compared with offline. I would rather that the GTAO spawn patterns were more like the offline ones.
