They could at least offer an option to buy the stock wing in the custom shop. Total waste to blow money on something that is able to be taken off and on by choice.

Exactly. IIRC, the Sandking's front bumper is randomized and can't be selected when purchasing the truck or customizing it at LSC.

The front bumper on the Sandking is glitched. If you take one into LSC, it automatically reverts to the body style with the bullbar, regardless of if it had it or not.

Does this happen every time you take it there?

I was loving my sadler I picked up. Until I found out the wheels are tucked further under the truck on the right side than on the left, as if the body wasn't placed over the center of the frame when the vehicle was being made.

It would be nice if the new helmets could actually work inside cars, especially the race cars. The black helmets (chrome and matte visor) work because they're treated as masks despite appearing in the "Helmet" slot, so they almost never get removed for vehicles.

Does anybody know how to replicate the color on this sandking? Its the brown that the sandking will sometimes spawn in.

Keeping it clean for this. Carbon black with a bright purple Pearl. Thats a $21000 paint job.

Next one I grabbed for the color off the street. Its a metallic galaxy blue with an unknown Pearl. Besides the tint, it's exactly as I stole it.I find myself driving it just to look at the color.

It would be nice if we didn't have to be at the mercy of RNG when buying vehicles. You know, the main aspect of the entire series.

I agree that you should be able to select spoilers/grilles/bumpers etc. when buying certain vehicles but I mean... I'm pretty sure the main aspect of the series named 'Grand Theft Auto' is NOT buying vehicles...

I agree here, but apparently Rockstar doesn't.
Trust me, I would steal an Infernus with a wing and keep it if I could, but I'd most likely wind up gambling $400k once or 5 times to have one delivered with a wing. (That was before I knew about the spoiler/bumper switching glitch)

Totally worth the grind.

She'll soon be tuned up, de-liveried, de-winged, and turned into a street weapon.

I played GTA V online a lot on PS3 (I had about 1/2 million and a 10-car garage apartment, plus one 6-car and one 2-car garage). I loved doing Non-Contact races (since most other players drove like idiots), I had about 30 wins and 15 "losses" (actually anywhere from 2nd to last. I really wish it showed an "average" position, as well as the number of wins and RACES, not LOSSES, unless they were actually dead last or something. Oh well, anyway...)

I bought it on steam a few months ago but, I had played, like, once during the period where they had the server issues on last-gen, and even though I DIDN'T have any problems I still got half a million, which I didn't earn, so instead of continuing from where I was, I decided to start over.

This is the first car I bought:

Since these photos I painted it black with red wheels.

I think it's a nice complement to the car I started with, the Asea to it's right (So I have one sensible compact 4-door, and a nice and fast but cheap muscle car)

EDIT: Anyone want to add me as a friend? So I can have people to play with, instead of either playing on invite-only so I can be alone but still play the activities with others, or be at the mercy of the (usually a**holish) players at public sessions.
I am also interested in attending some car meets (mostly to look, as my cars aren't really very show worthy yet)

So in an attempt to get this thread back to GTA CARS, since I'm fed up getting notifications to this thread only for people to be talking about shark cards and DLC (take it to the GTA Online or GTA V General threads guys), what say we have some appreciation for the Sultan RS?

Black belongs to @STI9 White belongs to @250 GTO I believe. Dark blue I think belong to @Flash_Sweden if not than it could be @Leadfoot530 and the final one at the back belongs to yours truly (After going through several paintjobs and liveries)

Going back to cars, Albany Washington owners, what's it like? I imagine it's a fun cruiser, and more luxurious than a Vapid Stanier.

Surprisingly quick--slower than the standard Primo but not terribly so--and it soaks up the bumps, but you'll want to be ready for turns. My only real complaint is the engine sounds like a small V6 when you've got it floored. I'm not well-versed in the Stanier (tires are too big in the wheelwells and I can't get past that), so I can't speak on that.

If you wanna get an idea on how it drives, you can try spawning one as the CEO. I've used it a few times, but I prefer the Stanier in most aspects.
