Dont know if they're still going with that, but if it is, sounds pretty gay to me. If anyone wants the article, add me to MSN Messenger or AOL and i'll send it to you. It has a pic of a front cover too.
Well, I think it's pretty well known that the next GTA game will be GTA: San Andreas which will be set in a city based on Los Angeles, although I'd heard reports of it being called GTA : Sin City and being set in a city based on Las Vegas. I woulda like that.
Still my ideas I've come up with myself and heard from others are here:
1) Vehicles like BMXs, mountain bikes and skateboards.
2) More odd vehicles to drive like JCBs, cranes, etc.
3) Tunnels connecting islands like in GTA3
4) More motorbikes including police bikes,
5) A wider variety of terrain like the "off road" areas of GTA3 where you weren't meant to go. It'd be nice to have areas of forest / desert / etc. outside the city limits for races and just going nuts with cars.
6) A wider variety of cars. A huge range of rare sports cars would be nice. Fast cars are too easy to find in VC and GTA3.
7) Customisable cars. You could have garages like the spray shops where you could spend your hard earned cash on souped up engines, racing tyres, maybe customised paint jobs of some sort.
8) More realistsic weapon shops. If you already spent $2000 on a weapon, you shouldn't have to spend the same again on ammo. If a gun costs $1000, then $200 or so sounds realistic to just buy extra ammo for it, not just buying the gun again.
9) A BIGGER city. I know Vice City was about twice the size of Liberty but you can't have a big enough city with enough areas. It'd add so much more gameplay to the 200hr playing nuts like us.
10) Vehicles like quads and trikes. Rare but achievable for having fun on beaches and off road areas.
11) If you're gonna have BMXs, mountain bikes and skateboards, itd be cool to have specially made areas to earn stunt money
12) More repeatble missions. Your stats list in VC includes best times for missions that can't be bested without starting a brand new game. Missions should be repeatable to improve times and kill ratios.
13) I'll say it again, a HUGE array of non standard vehicles, cranes, two trucks, eighteen wheelers with trailers, etc.
14) Bring back the tuinnels connecting different sections of the city.
15) Bring back the subway.
16) Bring back the exploding toy car missions from GTA3 where you had to blow up gang cars. I loved them.
17) Bring back the best points from GTA3. A more verticle city with motorways crossing over and under other motorways. It adds to the design and confusion of the city.
18) Make the hidden packages more easy to find. Vice City drove me mad trying to find 100 packages, GTA3's packages were much easier to find. Maybe in a huge city there should be 200 easy packages to find, better than 100 painin the ass ones to find,
