"Green tickets" are... well, green tickets. They are given to you as a prize for winning certain races, such as the seasonal events.

"Trains" are just several people passing along a ticket that they all want. The first person who gets the ticket passes it to the next and so on.

Green tickets are always new cars. White tickets can be new, used, any old car.

Yes everyone gets to keep a copy of the certain car.
