From what I've heard they've made the mission more difficult.

there's more accurate enemies and there's more enemies that come from cars. The briefcase now spawns in a car that drives away

they blow up the car driving the docs away. I recommend not grinding RR anymore.

People will try to shoot the driver as he escapes and their errant bullets cause the car and documents to be destroyed. The driver is headed to a guarded area so taking him out before he reaches there is ideal.

It could of said that earlier. Well, I think it's just a glitch but one precaution is to not explode any cars in the parking lot.
