I can do it right now if you wish. I have to do the setups as well. You can take over for the other heists if you want.
Setup is easy and I'm on Humane so I don't mind who takes over for further heists. I won't be able to do it now but will at around 7pm. (GMT)

If I didn't complete the Fleeca heist in time for the Elite Challenge, does that mean I'm screwed and will never get that extra ten million?

The Elite challenges do not count, they just give an extra $100k

Just do what the Criminal Mastermind Challenges say and you'll get that 10 million :)

Just tried the prison heist, I was the pilot. Just as I'd taken off after landing for the first time, a police helicopter carcass fell out of the sky and killed us all. I recorded it so I'll upload it eventually, I guess... Quite funny but also annoying because one of the crew didn't have a clue what he was doing so we'd failed twice already.

It's always those damn police helicopters.

Sometimes it's the auto-aiming gunners. Sometimes they land on you in a huge fireball. Sometimes they just happen to clip your wing when your Titan stalls and falls out of the air just as you are making your great escape from a five-star wanted level.

So yesterday my friend (call him A) asked me to help him finish the final heist, Pacific Standard. All that was left was the Convoy and Bike missions before the finale. He invited 2 of his friends I didn't know but he assured me they were competent - even though they were both under level 30 (call them B and C).

It started with them dying multiple times during both setups, the Bike one was the worst by far because they just kept running in the front gate and getting mauled - then when we got the bikes they couldn't ride for flip. I was so close to leaving so many times but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because me and A wanted the finale done and he couldn't play any other day.

Eventually we get to the finale setup screen and they were moaning about not getting a 25% cut - they couldn't understand that my friend had to stump up $100k just to start the heist. Eventually he gave in and split the take 25% all round. I was demo, A was hacker.

Oh my lord then there was the heist itself. All went well until we had to make our way out of the bank and towards the bikes. B and C were trying to steal a cop car and drive there. Eventually we got to the bikes and I just raced off towards the checkpoint. B and C were falling off their bikes, stealing cars, deciding the Dominator was too slidey and " oh wait to I steal that Lambo". After 6 attempts at getting to the boat, (2 of which the timer run out) it finally clicks and we were all in (after failed parachute attempts and lots of tumbling down hills to the boat).
After many deaths at all possible points - the mission was complete. $137500 for me, B & C and $37500 for A.
B and C even had the audacity to complain that because we had the bags, it was out fault we lost the vast majority of the take - even though they were the ones who died. A died once and I survived each time.
Those people who jump into heists right before the finale and demand a 25% are not welcome but have the leverage of long loading screens on their side.

So after all that, I decided to get my PS3 fixed and finally get around to playing through the Skyrim DLC - take a break for GTA until the next update.
