Was thought to be fake but multiple people have had the loading screen and its being discussed over on GTAF and Yan2295 's Twitter
Some are saying everyone may get it who is over level 135, or anyone who ranks up to any level over 135.

Noice. Think I'm just gonna pop on and get...

Something I'm a little concerned about right now is this supposed sale on properties. I am trying to buy the Pac-Stan apartment, but it's showing the normal price, not the discount. Yesterday, it was discounted, and shows an icon indicating it's on sale, but today it's full-price. What gives?

I logged in before going to work this morning, and all discounts on properties are gone. I'm just glad I bought the things I "needed" in time.

Never mind. I just checked again, and all the discounts are back

Just made a long bicycle race that I plan on hosting a Grand Tour race on if anyone is interested.

We did @Jahgee Cape Catfish on bicycles once..... I still don't know if my thumb has recovered lol
This is about 30 minutes long. So mashing x the whole time won't be smart.

The whole 'sprinting by pressing x' thing is pretty annoying.

To avoid that, I just switch to first person, but that's equally annoying after a while because of limited FOV and long transition times between camera angles. Whenever I enter a helicopter now, the camera automatically goes to the top-down view and there's a ten second wait just to be able to change the view.

By implementing it like it is on PC:
Move stick forward = walk
Move stick + tap A/X/Shift once = jog
Move stick + hold A/X/Shift = sprint

But hey, it's Rockstar...

In GTA IV multiplayer, your character was always running. You just had to hold X to sprint. Your idea is even better, especially with how important machinimas are to the community.

@Dan I wouldn't. These bonus weeks are probably leading up to a major content update, so unless you have heaps of money (e.g. 5m+) don't bother. You'd be better off spending that on something new.

They spawn pretty regularly at the Merryweather dock so unless you are constantly into heavy lifting, no point.
There's also the glitch of the Pegasus ones not having the deployable hook at times.

Dan
Should I take the plunge and buy a Cargobob while it's still on sale?
Yes. It's probably the most useful un-armed aircraft in the game.

Even if you aren't doing any lifting, you still have an armored helicopter that can shrug off homing rockets.

I'M SO CONFLICTED! AAAARRGH!

Eh. I'll buy it tonight. :/

So mad with these R* stunt races at the moment. Was in 1st place on the last lap of Vespucci, when I jumped over the checkpoint right before the tube.

Absolutly great 🤬 track design Rockstar. I lost $10k because of it. I better get thay million tomorrow.

The Vespucci track is horrible. If you ever get out on it, just leave immediately. Absolutely not worth the frustration. The checkpoint and prop location are pathetic. Case in point: the last turn before the start/finish.

And on top of that, the very next race next race, two laps on Canyon Crossing, I begin going down the tunnel on the last lap, on to have dead last block the road with his bright neon green 811. Of course, he hits me, and lets second place go, so I end up finishing second. I was pretty livid, having just lost two races that potentially had a decent payout because of R*, and other players absolute bull:censored:.

I wish there was a way to make other players lives a living hell, because I certainly would have liked to tonight.

true I dont like the course either but I use the crappy track design to my advantage cause I know people can't drive. it also helps not to draft people for very long (just 5 seconds is enough). and like I always stress to people USE YOUR BRAKES. not to say you don't but just tapping them will slow you down enough to hit the checkpoint

I don't always advise this but, if you got a mic, put out a hit on said driver. today I had a crappy re-7b driver try to take me out the entire race until i said, "Any backmarkers, please stop XXX from crossing the line in first, he's been crashing everyone like an idiot" one guy in a brushed gold FMJ knocked him out on the last turn and held him there till the timer ran out. likewise most people will oblige if you are consistent top finisher and you drive clean...or if you promise to give them the win if you two are in first or second.

Lets fire up the hype train again. Apparently the qabeta and qabeta2 have recently been updated (branches of software they use for rolling out updates) see GTAF user ~SophisticatedAviator~
