So, are the warehouses worth it if you buy an office? Thought about it when I saw the discounts for this week, but was going to save my GTA$ for Bikers DLC and whatever they had new that was similar (the 'seedy' business venues mentioned in the newsletter and the MC Clubhouses that are part of that).
Suggestions? Being a bike gang leader is more interesting than a CEO to me, but are the offices and warehouses worth it?

They certainly can be. I don't know how the MCs will operate so I'd recommend just making money and saving up.

The way I see it, it's not worth getting an office if you don't get a warehouse. If you've been thinking of buying it before, I'd say "buy it". You could start with the cheapest ones to start with if you want to save/make money for the Biker DLC. If you've already made up your mind on wich office you'd like to get, this is the time to get it.
A heads up though: You won't be making the cash back really fast. Look at it like a long term investment rather then an opportunity to make fast cash. I spent around 4-5 millions on my office(the cheapest one) and warehouse(a medium one, as close to my office as possible), and my sales have made me about 3,5 of them back. But I'm not doing CEO-work other then when my PSN-friends are doing other stuff.

Fan made not real!
Was browsing the NoDo forums earlier today and I saw a thread with this video which is a fan made DLC trailer. I am really impressed by the effort it took to make this. This looks faithfully close to what Rockstar would put out for a DLC trailer.

I bought a Sultan RS tonight, I have no idea how the performance compares to other Super class cars (probably not favourably) but it was worth it for the sound alone. I probably won't do anything too over-the-top with the styling, I kind of like the stock look of it... But I put some bumpers on it anyway. I might take them off and make it into a sort of spec racer, kind of like a GT6 base model or something.
Also it seems like the prevalence of armoured Kurumas is starting to decline a bit, I mean I haven't played in ages and there were a couple in my missions tonight but it's nothing like what it used to be. I mean play the game how you want, sure, but don't make it super boring for everyone else...

I will be taking a look on what the Biker update will bring out, and probably be getting a few quick bucks in that hour, while seeing which jobs gets money good, or otherwise. I'll have a Crew room up for PC then, should plans be working out SPD's way. *crosses fingers these jobs work in private rooms*

Can we not just get a GT6-style stockyard/NFS-style warehouse and be done with this garage malarkey forever? I don't care if it costs ten million, I'd get it. Somehow. Need people for heist cheatsydoodles.

The biker club is a cheap CEO office, topping up to 1.8 million.
And you have to spend 700k to get a custom bike garage. It's the only way to get custom bikes, perhaps.
You can only store 10 bikes at the new bike garage (duh).
New character that's your boss is.. well.. it's Malc from The Lost And Damned. Good to see him back.
The old new Faggio.. it has the sound from GTA San Andreas! And you can make it like Clarkson did in the Vietnam special.
