You can get Duneloaders in Grapeseed both offline and online, and they come both with and without the junk in the back.

Yeah, that's how I do it, it doesn't matter if you get sent out, the glitch'll work if you do it semi-quickly

Monroe is the fastest if you're into racing, however if you can find a skilled & nice hacker, there are probably some JB 700's with weapons out there

The JB 700 is nice, but its kinda dumb having the guns sticking out of the car if they don't work.
The Z-Type on the other hand is beautiful. I love the lines of it. It instantly became my favorite car in the game when I first drove it. Nice engine sound, great looks, decent modifications, and feeling like a 1930's gangster when speeding down the street (I would love a 1930's or 1950's map with period-correct cars).

I'm not really going to race it, just probably bring it out to drive sometimes and probably in some GTP/R* SC events. And I don't know, I don't think I really need/want the JB 700 with all the ammo.
I do agree with you on the JB 700 thing... And the Z-Type is really beautiful, but if I'm glitching to get it, then I guess I'll buy the tank before buying it. The JB I already have the money, so that's why I was getting more inclined to buy it..

Sadly the JB 700 with working guns was just a mission-specific script that was coded to the JB 700 for that mission. Hackers can reactivate the script for their own JB 700, but not for a random player (kinda like how if a hacker spawned a Skylift in TBoGT, they could enable the suction system with mods.

this is epic.Okay, so, I have a 9K bounty now, but a few minutes ago I had a $1000 one which was claimed. I joined a full room and there were like 5 people outside my apartment shouting on their mics and sending me weird text messages to come outside, then as soon as I did about 6 people joined the chase until I was killed by a tank, also chasing me.

I found out earlier that one of the best places to hide is on top of Chiliad in a vehicle. If someone takes the long windy road up, then you can take the semi-straight path down towards Grapeseed. If somebody comes up that way, you can just jump off towards Paleto Bay.

The sort of things you should be able to do with these military devices reminds me of the Rim Jobs glitch in Saints Row The Third.
One of my hiding spots, in the hill climber building. I left to play Team Fortress 2 once when my character hid there with rubber bands on the controller. He left from noisy to Ninja. Aww yeah.

I think the Monroe is pretty fast, but the Z-Type is the best in terms of top speed by a long shot and can be a viable option for races if you manage to get the hang of the lethargic handling and braking.
