Really enjoying the Jester. Replaced my SL Merc look a like with the Jester. Gave it the proper 2014 Super GT body kits and she looks awesome.

Yes, I find it best to grind on Coveted. Hard will get you 18,000$ and take roughly three to four minutes to complete.

I would just make sure that you have a sniper rifle before doing it, because it really helps

I love the way R* is implementing DLC. You still need to buy it, but with in-game money. This is the way any game producer should implement DLC.

I think the way dlc works is you have two types
Festive
Expansion packs
Festives are like Christmas and valentines day which are limited time only
Expansion packs are permanent
