The game will "freeze" Like the screen won't move any, but it'll suddenly spawn you high above the sky box, and you can see the curvature of the map. It's amazing.

odd thing is though, The time I got shot down past the docks, I was in the Mini. There was a few times the tank would lag and appear a ways away, but no where near as far as the mini that time.
