I think you might be right. In that picture posted in the previous page, it says "...and can play with other Cheats". It's sorta like how Bad Sports can only play with Bad Sports. Also it appears Cheats have the same now-infamous-by-Carl-The-Sloth Dunce hat.

Well ladies and gents, looks like the banning was a complete lie. No proof has been posted, and that "You have been temporarily banned" picture was photoshopped by someone who has since been banned on GTAForums.

Even more proof that the Temporarily Banned pic is fake:

In the real one, the 'A' is lower-case, and the bottom of the 'A' and 'R' don't have that "tail".
Also there are no periods or any sort of proper grammar in the Temporarily Banned picture. It's a massive run-on sentence.
And finally, the font on the Temporarily Banned screen is different.
It's fake. Concluded.

@katpeeler: I've heard only the apartments with a 10-car garage have ready rooms. My friend's 6-car apartment didn't seem to have one. You can preview apartments with this link that ZohsixGT5 shared last week. 👍

I'm still baffled as to how he managed to crash so easily.

It was quite funny watching that. I was also chasing ZDUPH about halfway round the outskirts of the map in my little Cessna-esque plane before I went for a failed landing on the freeway where Dan was driving his Stanier.

I trolled some randoms who were in helicopters by performing close flybys in my plane before continuing to chase Dan and ZDUPH around downtown until Dan texted me to stop.

That was some close action between my Infernus and your Cessna plane. I kept looking back to see what you were doing. I was gonna get my Stinger GT out to race your plane, but there were too many trigger-happy people in the lobby, and I didn't want to lose a very expensive and classic car.

I was riding with ZDUPH! We were in his purple Bentley and he said something about a Cargobob in the distance. A few seconds later, I saw it and I shouted on the mic "Oh 🤬! Somebody tried to kamikaze the Cargobob in a Cessna!"

Then, when I saw that same plane flying overhead, I looked up and I saw it was you chasing us! XD

I only sent you a text because I thought you were showing off!

Congrats! That was freakin' weird. We teleported to the garage, it loads for you and you got out of the truck. Me thinking there is a floor while under the map, waiting for the garage to load, I exited the truck. I started falling, then popped up on the street. Shortly after, bye bye Rat Loader.

There are four potential spawn locations for it. Two near the the store in Sandy Shores, one near the Ammu-nation and one near Trevor's place.
