Public Service Announcement: Look out for power grid towers at night time. They blend in pretty well.

As someone who flies all the time, and frequently plays Trash Talk, electricity towers are a nightmare. They definitely need more lights to distinguish them from the dark background. Thankfully, power lines are non-solid, but I fear that they might in future GTA games.

Well, they're pretty visible when you crash a $20,000 helicopter into one.

I just found out if you throw away a gun, they'll reappear in your inventory. Ugh.
If you're playing on PC: all purchased (not picked up) weapons will re-appear in your inventory even after you dispose of it.

If you're playing on console: I'm not sure, but I've heard that you're able to dispose of any weapon, including ones that you've purchased.

It's very annoying that I have a cluttered weapon wheel due to not being able to get rid of anything. I only use 1-2 guns per category. I don't need 8 pistols, 5 shotguns, 3 assault rifles/carbines etc...

I'm on PS4 and you definitely CAN drop weapons. As previously said though, you can pick up enemies guns. I dropped the assault rifle (AK47-esque one) and picked it up during a mission. After the mission when I was back in free roam it had been removed from my inventory.
If you drop a gun make sure you don't walk over it because the character literally drops it at his/her feet.

Custom selfie avatars from in game are one of the best things added to the Social Club. Now people can actually see my character! lol

Anybody else getting the brightness adjustment on startup of GTAV and then when clicking on GTAO it asks you to read the EULA, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Code of Conduct?

Edit: Restarted PS4 and GTAV and seems to be working fine.

I got that last night and all of my settings were restored to default. :banghead:

I think I spoke too soon about it working fine now. I'm stuck on this screen. Restarting again...

It wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't a screechy mic from a young kid blaring from the TV...

I just found out that in the creator, you can use the large corrugated cabin as a platform for the startgrid. And they float in the air. :D

BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS

But it's done.

Just do what I do mate, plug the little earpiece and mic that comes with your PS4 into the controller, switch off the mic so you're not broadcasting yourself, and leave the earpiece hanging. This way everyone's mic audio goes to the earpiece, which you're not listening to, and not to your TV speakers. You can even go into the PS4's settings and turn the headset volume right down if you want. :)

Well the only time I ever hear the mic is when I'm entering a lobby so it's not that big of an issue, but during that glitch it wasn't going away so it was pretty annoying. Also you could just open a party and not invite anyone.

I get that almost every time I startup the game.

Deathmatch in Franklin's house is good fun. Only my team sucked donkey ass leaving me as the only one with a positive k/d ratio.

That deathmatch is more about holding key spawn points so that you can trap the other team. Same thing with Michael's house- it's all about knowing the spawn points and keeping them trapped as long as possible.

Rockets. Lots and lots of rockets.
