thats what its called, total time in bloodring, not best time in bloodring. not that it matters but if i got 1min then 2 min and now i got 3 min, than total time is 6min. where as in VC it would be best time in bloodring 3 min. see.

Can I suggest that people not link to 30 images in a single post? You should attach images to your posts instead or edit the images to crop out just the stats you need to upload. 30 full screen images in a single page is far too much for dialup users to have to download in one go. With attachments you only have to download the thumbnails and you only download the full image when you click on the thumbnail.

If you have a Windows PC then you can crop images. You can copy and paste into a blank image using even the worst image software in the world, i.e. Microsoft Paint.

I don't think the images were too big... I would just upload them as attachments here. That way you don't have to bother with hosting them anyway.

If you attach them, then you might have to delete the attachment after a while to make space for other files you might want to put up on GTP, whereas hosting them allows you to let Imageshack for e.g. to keep the image on the net for ages.

You could always fashion up a 1/2 mile cable and steal one of their connections.

I feel sorry for ya, the internet is nearly everything nowadays and not being able to fully take advantage of it must be annoying.

Why would you want to keep an image of GTA stats on the internet for ages? You only need it up until the recordbook moderator has seen it and updates the record book.

I don't have 56k anymore. But I remember how annoying it was to wait ages for a page that's got far too many images to download.

I usually both crop my images and save them with a fair amount of JPEG compression so that they'll load faster and so my image storage space on forums like these will last much longer.

this program is at least 10 years old but works great at compressing jpegs--just open, and resave it-- you can also crop with it. It also converts between various image formats---.tif, gif, bmp, jpg, etc....

The program is only about 500 kb zipped so its 56k friendly

Here is my attempt to finally get some screenshots for some of my records, along with some updated and new ones.

I connected my PS2 to my better, larger television to try and actually get something to show up. Some of them are absolutely horrid but you can still make out the shapes of some numbers.
I put them all into one giant picture, so if they need to be seperated let me know.

The records, in order from left to right : BMX and NRG times, Criminal Rating (247,552), Times drowned(12), Fires started (9103), Flight Time(13:37), Distance Traveled by Heli (1029119.33 m), Mission Attemts, People Wasted (18158), Road Vehicals Destroyed (6319), Distance In plane, Highest vigilate level and Criminals killed in Vig.

Hopefully these pictures are good enough to clear some records from my list. Until I get a capture card or digi cam (hopefully soon) this is the best I can do.

haven't found a good killing spot really worth mentioning yet.. a lot of those kills are due to vigilante missions.. i keep screwing them up.. got to about 220 earlier and all of a sudden i blew up.. not exactly sure what happened...

since i've taken over 100% i have seen some ballas wandering around in small groups, so they're out there

With the images, make sure you save them as JPG or GIF, as they are smaller. Then cut the section of the screenshot out if you wish to make it smaller. Spuds' program also seems good, and I will download it to have a look. Use MS Paint to cut out the sections of the screenshot.

Small_Fryz -- Thanks for pointing out that mistake. It's fixed now.

By the way, I'm on 56K, but I have no choice, and I'm moving soon anyway, and we're getting Satellite Broadband. But if possible, I suggest listening to KM and trying to think of the Dialup users, like myself, when posting those Screenshots. Not too much of a problem for me, as I'm patient, but it kills bandwidth and takes a while. Thanks guys. 👍
