Currently having a problem with Online right now. I destroyed by personal vehicle after crashing it into a lake, but it says that another player destroyed it. When I call Mors to claim the car, it says I have insufficient funds even though I have $47 million in the bank, and thus can't claim the car. The same thing happens when I withdraw money and try to claim my car, as well as finding a new online session and trying yet again. The car is an armored Karuma and most of my money was made from collecting money in money drops from modders.

Any idea what is going on and what I might be able to do about it?

EDIT: System is PS3.

EDIT: Called the mechanic and had him bring in another car. I purposefully destroyed this one, and selected the option to Claim All when calling Mors. This did the trick and I have both vehicles back now. :)👍

Iv'e playing GTA V much more until I get a PS4 Pro. Definitely missing the old San Andreas, Liberty City & GTA IV and Vice City games. jUst wish we could fly out toi "Vegas" and gamble to earn cash. Play a pick up game of basketball, online, to earn cash. Fly out to Vice City to speed boat race. Jet to LC and run thru the projects

No. We're trying to push the gaming industry as far away as possible from this.
I think as long as it remains in single-player and impossible to use it with microtransactions it wouldn't be problematic.

Didn't Test Drive Unlimited 2 have a casino?

GTA San Andreas had a casino. However, that game didn’t make it possible for the player to potentially lose real money. As if you buy shark cards and loose.
And if it was in SP, but not online, there would be people doing nothing else but trying to glitch the cash into online. Not to mention all the b:censored:ng and moaning about it being in SP but not in online.

I'm am not opposed to gambling in gta with in game currency. Hell, you can already bet on yourself in the races and advisory modes. My issue is more with the microtransaction garbage by the likes of EA and Ubisoft, which R* hasn't really done.

Is it really gambling if you are guaranteed a prize? (even if it is a really bad prize)

They reduced the betting cap on races due to an exploit where players got millions in couple of hours.

Judging by Take Two's actions, we may see some sort of microtransactions in their upcoming games. The main problem I have with GTA: Online is that the prices are very high that you can't get much money unless you do a long grind to get what you want. It causes inflation in terms of prices like in real life, but it becomes a big chore to do, and it is definitely not fun to me anymore. Thus, why I play GTA V offline for the mods.

If your just getting into the game, i can appreciate the sentement. But Ive never been the type the needs (or has the patients) to collect all of the things in a game. A few cars, a couple of properties, some planes and ammo for my guns. I think i have all of three outfits. Grinding for those isnt bad i dont think. If you can get some friends helping, you can make a grip running guns. Even doing it solo can net you 150 to 200k per run.

With FiveM becoming even more popular now, you won't have to stay offline anymore to enjoy your mods. ;)
I spend WAY too much time watching DOJ videos. Polecat, Buggs and Jeff. (who is especially bad at uploading his 2-3 hour live streams :P)

I wouldn't care if it was online and or offline. Just more options in a variety of settings.

I've held up all the "7-Elevens". Why can't I walk through the airport terminals?
Why is the car dealership not open for test drives?
I'd love to eat at Cluckn' Bell and exercise.
Actually enter a night club and win over a lady with my dance moves.
They keep adding clothes and vehicles and artillery, but we're all " stuck" in The Truman Show.

This game, should have encompassed everything, from every GTA.

Didn't GTA: San Andreas let you do that?

My buddy and I started doing this. We made close to a million over a few hours, though he’s pumped his money into the MC and coke smuggling.

I’m interested in going the I/E route since I’ve read that’s where a lot of folks make their money. I get that I need to be a CEO, but it sounds like starting that up is $1m for the office minimum and a few more million for a vehicle warehouse? Do any of the 4 offices or warehouses have any specific perks to their location or being more expensive? I was going to invest my million into the first one; the Maze bank (not the tower) just because it’s in a part of town by Vespucci beach where I spend a lot of time.

For garages, location is the main perk, the further north and closer to the freeway you can get the better, which is why those tend to be more expensive. I think garage size may play a role too. I cant remember if there was a difference in car counts between the I/E garages though. As for offices, thats all status symbol really. None of the offices has anything over the other besides location.

I'm a tad late to the GTA V party, but started to play it a few weeks ago. This weekend I came across my first bug, and I wondered if anyone had any experience of it - from what I've found online, it's a well known bug but I don't know if it will affect the rest of the game.

I played 'Grass Roots' as Trevor (where he has to kill all the clowns in Legion Square), and despite 'completing' the mission, it never ends. (Ironically, the character says words to the same effect e.g. "What if this never ends?", which is not helpful in the circumstances). I waited for ages only to find that it's a bug and that the mission cannot be completed. I moved on and did something else, only to find that I had no missions left for any other character, and had to proceed as Trevor. I tried 'Grass Roots' again and once again got to the point where there was no-one left to kill, but the level wouldn't end. In both cases, the only way to end the level was to walk away from the region and 'die'/fail the mission.

I reckon this will mean that I cannot get 100% (though I'm not bothered about that), but I wonder if it will stop me from progressing with other parts of the story?

You could try saving the game at a bed 20x to advance the game time. It worked for me when the story 'froze'. Dont actually save it tho, just get to the screen where you chose a save slot then exit, repeat. You could also try getting busted.
