Welcome back, Randy. Your entry will be added. Also, are the times for the sessions ok with you? I want to make sure I have times that is suited for everyone.

7PM GMT... which is...? Race yes, Qualifying forget it. I'll take dead last. I will be working at that time! :(

I will update my car choice once I have had a chance to look at the options and give them a private test.

Cant make the first shakedown, unfortunately. Team is still wind tunnel testing

Ok everyone, I've updated the first post. The schedule now has the lap count for each race. I want to ask all of if we should have the Fuji and Suzuka Sprint races with the same lap distances as the real races or use the same amount of laps from last season. Here's what I'm reffering to:

At the moment, both the enduros and sprint races are using the exact lap counts from the real races:

Round 1: Suzuka Circuit (Sprint) - 52 Laps
Round 2: Tokyo R246 - 20 Laps
Round 3: Fuji Speedway F (Enduro) - 88 Laps
Round 4: Grand Valley Speedway -
Round 5: Special Stage Route 5 - 35 Laps
Round 6: Suzuka (Enduro) - 121
Round 7: Fuji Speedway F (Sprint) - 22 Laps

Should we use those distances or these:

Round 1: Suzuka Circuit (Sprint) - 17 Laps
Round 2: Tokyo R246 - 20 Laps
Round 3: Fuji Speedway F (Enduro) - 33 Laps
Round 4: Grand Valley Speedway -
Round 5: Special Stage Route 5 - 35 Laps
Round 6: Suzuka (Enduro) - 52
Round 7: Fuji Speedway F (Sprint) - 22 Laps

Please discuss, I would like to get the race distance everyone agrees on it.

Also, I've added times to the Shakedown tests and have changed the other pre-season tests from Mondays to Sundays to avoid any Work/School conflicts.

RACECAR, will tonight's shakedown still go ahead, if it does what will the room be called?

Its still on, you'll just need to add me on PSN and then head to my lounge. If I can't add everyone, then I'll make a public room and give the room number.

If not many will be able to show up, I'll move it to Sunday.

I'll try to make the 2nd and 3rd shakedowns if I'm not working or something. Should be able to get the car by then.

ATTENTION

I apoligize to everyone for confusing them with the time. The test is meant to take place tonight, but I think I've used the wrong measurement of time and as a result, might have confused some people. I've changed the time from GMT to CST and because I've throw everyone off, I'm rescheduling the shakedown to this Sunday instead.

I like the second batch of track laps. I don't have enough time for the first one. 121 laps at Suzuka is looking at 4 hours.

If it is CST I might struggle to make them as I am 6 hours ahead, any chance to push this forward as it would be midnight in my area?

Maybe somewhere in the 8-10 pm GMT range? That would be 3 - 5 pm EST where I am.

2nd batch of shorter enduros looks good to me

What are the special rounds? A day into night Nurburgring race would be cool

The Special rounds are non-points paying events, which will instead award cars.

As for the time suggestions, I'll see what I can work out for that. I'm hoping to put something together that'll work for everyone.

Also, it appears so far, people would like the race distances from last season instead.

Round 3: Fuji Speedway F (Enduro) - 88 Laps
Round 6: Suzuka (Enduro) - 121

That's way to much for me at least. I'm up for enduros, but not driving 3 hours straight.I did an online race that lasted 3hr and 20min once, never again.

Personally I can't make the races if they start earlier then 2 pm est every Sunday. 2pm est and later is good for me.

With the horsepower and weights for Raybrig NSX 06 does that mean that only engine overhauls when needed are allowed and engine power upgrades are prohibited?

Not trying to be silly but I want to make that point clear as I have done an engine upgrade on mine.

I am currently considering that since I have the cars restricted to their stock settings.

6pm CST has to be the worst time for me.

At the moment, thats not permenent. I'm still trying to get a time that'll work for everyone so that won't be there for the season.

Ok, the time on the first post has changed to 9:00 PM CST. Will that work for everyone?

*raises hand* why did my car number get changed and you spelled my name wrong.

Because everyone in GT500 gets their numbers based on car choice, the only exceptions are the Xanavi Nismo Z and the Yellowhat YMS Supra as they Both share the same number with another car. Only the GT300 competitiors get numbers since there are not as many cars.

I think I may enter this series, if the race times will be in the Australian afternoon like they're currently set to be. Pre-GT5 I was always afraid major series' like these would be held far too early/late for me. Just one question before I confirm my entry, will race weekends be held back-to-back or say bi-weekly, once a month, etc?

EDIT: Oh and I assume we can't use the same car as someone else? If that's the case then, I might have to wait a week (don't really want to "place hold" a car when someone might already have purchased one) to enter this series, if possible, as I'm interstate right now.

At the moment, its back-to-back so people don't lose interest. And yes, you can't use the same car as everyone else.

Alright, that's fine. I just might not be able to take part in every practice session. Anyway, put me down for an entry, I forgot I had a GT-R which I've never driven due to the SC430 being prettier. :P As I said earlier, I'm interstate right now so I wont be able to take part in the next pre-season session.
