I can move the time by an hour if that's fine. I really don't want to go later than 11 or earlier than 8. From 9 to 10 seems to get the most people.

I think by the end of the series when the top 3 winners are decided. I'll have there cars traded to me and see if they raced with the specs given with no additional parts. If they did then they would be Disqualified for the prize and it would go to the next person.
Note: I have the prize cars for a 3 places.
1st: Blue FGT
2nd: Either a Mazda Furai or the Mercedes CLK GTR (The Le Mans one)
3rd: Mazda Atenza Touring Car.
EDIT: Series gets a new name. Or sponsor i guess you could say.

20 to 30 minutes before the announced time.
Also your allowed to practice during that time. But when qualifying starts I'll reset the times. Something i forgot to do last time. In addition to that if you guys leave the pits to go change some suspension or transmission settings, etc. you lose the time that you set during qualifying. So when you rejoin and start the race, you may have done a quick time but you will start at the back. So you better get you settings dialed in during practice before the race.
