True didnt think of that. Might aswell leave it fixed.

Also i have calculated that in order to race for an hour at cape ring is 109 laps lol which is 70 miles. Now do you guys want to try 60 minutes or 100miles?

Wow. I'll be about 10 laps down at the end of that. :indiff:

Just a heads up. I've already begun testing a new car for next season. Since it is not a RM car I'm going to hold some test sessions to see if this car is up to par with everything else.

If it's not available as an RM Then why not pick a whole new batch of non-RM cars to go with it? Do we really want drive the same cars again in season 2?

An hour is enough for the Enduro. What happened to SSR5?

There is almost no more cars to pick from that are Non-rm. Plus with 2 seperate classes running the competition would go down. I could go back to the first 3 cars i was originally going to start with until everyone wanted RM cars. Or maybe use the BMW touring car that is in the game and the Mazda Atenza touring car. But the thing is that those cars are extremely rare and if someone wanted to compete and didnt have the car, we would have to be supplying them. The last thing i could do is like an old Trans-Am type series with the RM Camaro and RM Challenger.

Edited:Misread the question

Cape Ring Inside is a smaller and better track that will insure you will be in a battle with someone throughout the race. You won't get the feeling that your the only one out on track like you would at SSR5.

I did a quick run on one of the practices for Grand Valley with the 320i touring car and it was pretty close to the times. In fact if needed I can supply BMW 320i Toueing cars, Atenza Touring cars, Mazda 6 Touring cars, Integra Touring cars and Lexus Touring to everyone if needed and there's an interest for it for free.

The Mazda 6 and the Atenza are essentially the same car. I don't know if the drivetrain is the same. I only have the Atenza.

The only bad thing about supplying is the amount of time that would take to give them out to people.

16 racers, I can do it in 8 days. I'm willing to do it for our current group... I need some 8 days to clone the cars and 8 for distributing them.

I was just hoping to run different cars in season 2. By the end I'll be sick of watching Integras pass me ;)

Good call on running a smaller track so there are always cars around, I hadn't consider that as I just expected to be way behind most of the race on worn tires praying to catch up.

Well the new car that might be in next season is the Ford Focus ST. Its current specs right now are 335hp/1186kg. At first you may think it is overpowered but it is 200kg heavier than the VW. So it has to make up for that so the power to weight ratio is close to the VW. I tried the Alfa Romeo twin spark fully modded and it just couldn't keep up.

I could make it a rule that you can't drive the car you drove last season

The ST is a great car, thus my sig. But a trans-am series would be sweet! Plus we could step it up to faster tracks, and move up to rwd.

To borrow and modifying a series from GT4, 100 Miles! :D

I assume 100miles is longer that 60mins? I choose the shorter one, such a small track will get boring even with bumper to bumper traffic. How even are the cars on the larger cape ring tracks?

That makes it an even vote again. The only other course i've tested at is cape ring south. And the VW has a good 2 second advantage over the dc5.

yo the dc5 are so down on power....do u think it would make that much of difference if we had an ecu upgrade? we are good in the time attacks but horrible in battle mode...what u think?

I'm not changing anything on the cars. It's down to the drivers skill and not the car itself really. Even if i did give it an upgrade it would just be too dominant and would blow by everything.

Traffic just kills us! If we don't get a clear exit out of the corner and a good toe down the straight we are screwd!!!

How's everyones times on practice?

Man im not looking forward to this. I might be a back runner in this one. That's why I was trying to get both 1st place finish at are last race so in case I suck at monza I would not fall to far back on points.

I'm hoping RXP will resolve his connection issues, I'm prtty sure he will take it. That man is hungry and will take the fight to the end!

:) Bought a signal booster for my mobile broadband modem so my signal to the cell tower is great just hoping the tower doesn't have a lot of data traffic saturday night since i think that's what really has been affecting my connection speed.
