Sorry guys, I have a Windows update running which is going to take some time and cripple my internet. I should be able to get online this evening around 5 ish I hope.

I can be there in about an hour, just got back from town and really need to get a shower...

It does compared to the FF's

It doesn't suck, it's just like the rest of the FR's, no straight line speed in a direct comparison. Having to defend the inside lap after lap into Andretti, and even then it's not enough.

I think the Race 1 pit-stop should be brought back. Adds an element of strategy. 👍
I really am thinking this. The FF cars will be dead at the end of the race. balances out for everyone

Still thinking of dropping the accumulating pen now. Means we'll end the night on completely varied specs

@True-blue-8 I have changed the spreadsheet, now you get your percentage decrease from 1st to 5th, this is cumulative between the races to give a fair percentage reduction.

Anyone finishing 5th to 10th after they have a penalty with have their penalty amount halved, anyone finishing 5th to 10th without a penalty will continue to get no penalty.

Anyone finishing 10th or lower will get full power in the next race regardless of how much penalty they have had previously.

Isn't that good though, in theory it ends the night as balanced as it can be after 3 races and will lead to the best racing.

That's what I was thinking too. Even though I should probably not say anything since the wear isn't as bad for me but even competition is a good thing.

The only problem (well, not a problem, more an observation) that I can see with accumulated pens is how would it work at the beginning of a meeting.

Currently there are no pens in race one based on championship standings, things accumulate from there.

OK, I'm planning to throw a quick test night down tonight for these support classes. @True-blue-8 Hope you don't mind m8.

I know it's short notice guys but I'll be throwing the cars around a selection of the main season circuits so if you're up for it feel free to join. Lobby opening soon, if we're doing race sims they won't start until approximately 7-7:30. 👍

(I know I've already posted this on the support thread, but let's see if we can get some more interested parties )

still not sure If I can be on until near 9 :(

I know m8, no rush, I'll be on in some capacity, and if I'm on Yakuza 4 just send me a message. 👍
If I do get on due to the time will probably get some GTP ES done
Mystiq83 / Mystiq83 / Toyota 86 GT / Mystiq83/ #95 / Orange Metallic
welcome

@True-blue-8 when qualifying in practice mode, can I pit for tyres without loosing the time I set?
Had to think for a moment then. yeah I believe it allows you to keep it, will only be erased if you actually exit to the lobby

What times are people getting at Laguna Seca?
33's
But we're running Silverstone national, motegi east and Monaco tomorrow 👍

As you can see house still isn't sorted. Going to be racing in a mess tomorrow

How did the support test go?

Didn't really happen. Me and Stocky were in the room at first lapping quite close in the TVR and F3 (he just has the edge on me) then others came and it just turned into a Rome free-for-all testing session. Was a good night of running but we didn't really get a chance to any race simulations.

Cool, we'll all be winging it anyway
