I'm all good for Wednesday, although will need to keep things rolling. @yuc2002 you good to go?

@Ian_83 I need to give it another proper look but so far I don't think the Toyota needs a spec change?
Don't ask me, as you're the boss. :)

At Silverstone the Toyota seemed good in practice and strong against the C4 in a race.

I did a few laps around Laguna and I was setting low 35's and a 34 was certainly possible. I just didn't put much effort into tuning and my 86GT is nearly stock.

cool thanks mate, just checking as you gave it a proper run too

It feels one of the quickest in my hands, just quite difficult to drive consistent hence why I didn't pick it

Just so more people see it it looks as if the support race series isn't going to go ahead due to lack of signups, I have posted this in that thread:

What would people think about switching this to an Enduro style race in the GTTCC cars?

We could run the track from that week to give everyone a chance to get some track time and practice in. It will help people with their tunes and be a lot less effort than tuning 4 cars each week, just the one to mess around with đź‘Ť

If people are up for it I would format it something along the lines of a 10 minute quali session, rolling start to avoid too much incident into the first corner and then a 1 hour timed race. Tyres and Fuel on fast and everyone gets completely free strategy to do what they like. It will give some good fun racing with interesting strategy, lots of practice and it will help everyone work on their pit plans for Wednesday.

We can score it like a separate championship as well to give people something to aim for.

Anyone up for that?

Would anyone be keen for that, if we are to go ahead I don't know if @True-blue-8 would want to run it as a seperate thread or just have it as part of the Enduro series in this one.

Edit: Also thinking using heavier damage to promote more patient and careful driving, hence the rolling start idea đź‘Ť

What do people think of the idea?

Getting a little lost I thought True-blue wanted a BRZ test race Monday night?
But this his race making so maybe a Gttcc test night Monday night and Wednesday night??

I've got the BRZ from karsten races what I pulled out of as SS and RS tyres had some much differnts in them.
Plus the long race was way to long for me in karsten races, wow they just got boring.

As for the 86 GT needing a upgrade hmm not 100% sure.
Ian was right up my backside in testing round silverstone, really killing me into turns.
Ian I think did pass me but the C4 killed him on the staights and got the place back.
I can also moan I can't pass Ian in the Volvo with the C4, but If Ian in the C4 and me in Volvo he would kill me... maybe lol.

I've got 3 C4s one with no aero, one with front and back and another with just front.
I'm testing my c4 to the limits and Ian just jumps in his and beats my time.

Ian I guess maybe a good driver but the 86 gt need Skeng on test track.
Ian a FF man and very fair, Skeng other sort of beast.
Skeng an FR car man all round and he been given the 86 GT.
Ian will I think do anything to slow him down and Skeng would take any upgrade as a plus.
So watch it Blue you tested the cars and balanced them, it's all done.

I guess the honda cup was a good thing it did show dirver skill, as there was no tuning.
It took drivers home work and learning the track, this may take more than home work.
But in the end it's knowing your limits, maybe you can't over take on the breaks.
Maybe braking before your maker will give you more power to over take clean on the a staight?
Know your track limits that takes online testing, know you track limits with draft.
That takes joining with others in testing, no rules in testing really.
I may get up set if you bash me off track, but it's testing.

Real race kicks off on the 25th then I will moan at blue for anything you or I do wrong.
As a member I ask you all to save your race replays and report anything you think wrong.
You maybe behind something and see something wrong.
All blue needs is what race and what lap, then he be able to look into it.

The BRZ was just for tonight mate. We were running a test night and I just invited people along đź‘Ť

Skeng/Ian sounds about right. Both have their own preferred style, that's why their battles were so good.

I look forward to your essays ;)

I love Skeng really. :) We have some great fun together and I know that sometimes our battles can get a bit heated. The thing is, no matter how hard we push each other on track, no matter how aggressive or defensive we drive, the fights are always clean from start to finish. đź‘Ť

#HugeRespect @SkengD

I know that we'll have some fun and games again this season.

Only love I've seen you want to beat him and he wants to you.
I just want to beat the pair of you, I do that in my dream oh ffs lol

 I can easily be beaten, I'm not exactly an amazing driver. ;)

I'm always better when I'm fighting through the field, I don't know why but that's just the way I am. Maybe it's the pressure? Who knows.

Skeng is overall faster than me, he always has been and I don't mind admitting it. :)
