Not sure whether to press 'like' 'admire' or 'befuddled', Cody; you've managed to rebuke a fellow member, teenagers, and the religious all in one post - and with Nick Cage helping out too!

The drinks are on me - just watch that sugar, sodium and calories in the Coke. :)

No, I actually have a point. Let's think about it. @Akmuq tends to be annoying, but maybe that's understandable to some extent because he's still a child. @Matty lags. @gokartman78 lags worse. @Spurgy 777 makes frustrating car noises. And you, dear @RedPartyhat, you still insist on sending me endless amounts of unnecessary links. :grumpy:

And you are a penguin.

I once ordered a rum and coke and they asked me if Pepsi was ok, i responded by saying, is monopoly money ok?

I can honestly say I have never drunk a hot alcoholic beverage.
You're missing out, man. As Cody mentioned, hot cider with rum is great winter drink. That and hot chocolate with Bailey's or just cream and whiskey is also amazing.

Even the fiction of the reality I'd lay before you is apparently too much. Not surprising.

For my table, this is hard. Partly because I'm a jerk and partly because I'd just end up wandering around, drinking, meeting, swapping cards, and taking pictures of people. But if I had too...

@Danny because I can't be the only fabulous one at the table.
@Small_Fryz because who else is going to keep up with my drinking?
@Casio because if he is half as crazy as his avatars, good times.
@McLaren because Texas, and photo talk nonsense.
@Noob616 because video game talk and Canadian, eh?
@Keef because he'll make the table smell nice perfume.
@Hollow because girl, and for the classic Keef that would result.

And probably a whole separate table for all the photographers.

I'm game. Give me a time and place. Let's make this happen.

PS: I can outdrink Dion.

Baileys and coffee on Christmas morning is proof that God loves us.
I think it only pertains to those of us that deal with temperatures that are literally freezing cold. And snow. My god does snow make coffee, any hot beverage in fact, infinitely better. Especially when this is what mornings look like this time of year.

Well, putting a trio of career drinkers in a room with rum sounds like a plan. On a related note, I'm planning to spend time in Australia in a couple years time and will be looking for couches to crash on :P

Yeah that's true, there's not much better than a nice cup of coffee on a winter morning.

I would take @Aldo and fill the other six seats with genderless mannequins, all with crudely drawn expressions and dressed in arbitrary outfits.

I'd then spend the entire night composing in-depth backstories for them all instead of socialising, only stopping to order more vodka.

Danny, with me as a guest you wouldn't need to order vodka. I'll have drunk enough by that point that it will be coming out of my nipples :)

I just presumed open bar.

With the greatest of respect, I'd rather drink vodka that had come from a bottle than your bosom.

Calling out Dion with an open bar is suicide. I hope you know what you're in for.

I missed this thread, as well as the awards process in general. But I'm going to arrive fashionably late with...

@Azuremen - Cool bloke, be interesting to see him in top and tails
@Danny - He knows
@Famine - Always thoroughly entertaining and intellectually stimulating company
@Tom - Good bloke, and the poor lamb needs an escort to such a prestigious event
@Tornado - Always found him funny
@Touring Mars - Same as reasons as Famine
@Wiegert - Would be interesting to share a drink with Greg

Hmmm. Taking this a bit more seriously...

@Dennisch because he breaks pliers and is super-strong.
@Azuremen because he'd probably be interesting to talk to even if he's boring to listen to.
@Liquid because he says things that are funny.
@Noob616 because Joel is a boss.
@Beeblebrox237 just because.
@Terronium-12 because I find him intimidating and it would make the evening an experience.
@Hollow because she's pretty so I'll have something to look at for the evening.
