It looks clean and sporty, and the engine was quite okay for its age. It would've been just a "cool", but Ford had the gall to market it in the US and not in Europe, and I admire suicidal courage, so it's a sub-zero for me.

Also, it pisses off Mustang fanatics, which is a nice added bonus.

Mustangs of all ages are found on the road. With the possible exception of the Mustang II, they are a common sight.

Because of this, people see each of the dozen special monikers on a regular basis. They might see a Cobra one day, then a Shelby GT500 the next, then a Ford GT390, then a GT every day of the week. What the hell is the significance of GT?! Is that like a Boss? Is that the Boss version of the Cobra? Is an SVO a GT? Does the SVO have anything to do with Five Point Oh?

This leads to confusion, which leads to questions about boring names, which leads to the need for boring conversations about boring names plastered on the back of a car. Poor marketing decisions by Ford, makes the car uncool.

I disagree. If someone is wanting to know that much information about a car, they obviously have some interest in cars. If two car enthusiasts are having a conversation about the naming of a car, neither of them would be bored because they're both talking about things they're interested in. If it's a car enthusiast talking to someone who doesn't know the difference between the engine and transmission (a non-car enthusiast), then it will be boring, and therefore uncool, but you wouldn't be having that conversation in the first place.

If you're talking about the name of the car rather than the car itself, your car is uncool.

I honestly don't see how that is the case, unless, like stated above, you're talking to a non-car enthusiast about the naming of the car (which wouldn't be happening anyways).

Go to a car show.

Most people take a peak at a car and walk on by without uttering a word. Those with interest will start a conversation with the owner (if he's standing by).

Your argument is invalid.

The sort of European who would have been interested in buying Mustang of that era, would have only wanted it with a V8.

Note the fact that this is a cool wall, not a like wall. I personally like this car (I have no idea why), but I sure as hell don't think it's cool.
It varies per person. I think a lot of car I like are cool. Definitions change.

Only the tractors.

Even the Aventador, which I think is one of the most beautiful cars ever made, is seriously uncool.
