How I feel.Meh. It's just a car to me.
But.... GT-R...Meh. It's just a car to me.
Also, @Roger the Horse I don't mean to be rude, but the picture you chose isn't the greatest. You can't exactly tell much about this car from it's ass.
Not that car geeks are cool, but I have to disagree that your average ignorant bystander is any cooler. Somewhere over 90 percent of people are uncool. The only people who would recognize it = uncool.
Everyone else would wonder what happened to that 90's Maxima's behind.
Sleepers are played out and weren't even that cool to begin with. Some would argue that the point of sleepers is to be a bit uncool.
This car in particular looks more like a generic sedan that got a Skyline body kit.
They took a Skyline, originally cool, and gave it four doors, bringing it to meh. Sports sedans are rarely uncool in my opinion; this one would be cool if it wasn't supposed to be a 2+2.
The Skyline has always been just an average FR sedan. The original (1969-1972) GT-R was initially only available as a four-door. It's like a Japanese BMW 3-series. The GT-R was just a range-topping, high performance two-door version of a sedan. What Nissan did was take one of the most iconic tuners of the century and basically put an extra set of doors on it. It's like taking the Mona Lisa and sending it to a 5 year old to scribble on it! Not sure if that's going to sell for millions now...
The Nismo version was one of the most attractive cars for me in GT2. ^_^
