This is not a real Bentley. This, like the Bugatti, is an ultra-expensive Audi. Nothing British about it.

Oh, that, and the whole Footballer/Basketballa/Rapper thing.

I voted cool, because pretty much every successful artist or person who is successful at sports has it, or a range rover. This, however, also keeps it from being sub-zero

This car was VW's pre-cursor to the Veyron. It's heavy, has AWD and is fast. But, at least it looks better than the Veyron.

If you have **** you money...you buy a Rolls Royce
If you don't have that kinda cash...you buy a Bentley

This is a new money poser-mobile and looks like one. It's for those with little personality but wish to spend more money on a car than their neighbor. Surprisingly, this is a larger niche than you think. Neighbor buys a Panamera? You buy a Bentley. God help you if the man across the street buys a Maserati b/c you'll go nuts and have to buy the Bentley hat, the Bentley driving gloves, and matching Breitling watch.

If you strike it rich, this will not be the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th car you buy unless you don't have a personality and don't really care about cars. Yuk...it's hideous in a way only a kit car can be.

Great car. Fast, discrete, comfortable, practicle (excpet for the stupendous running costs), reliable, built like a tank (and weighs about the same).

Unfortunately ruined by the people who drive them.

Uncool.

Driven by footballers and people like Jordan. Seriously uncool.

I'm torn, here.

I love this car. I'm not exagerrating, I would happily marry this car in a court of law if it were permissable. It's big, luxurious, mind-bendingly quick, and handles with flair a two-and-a-half tonne car has no business having.

But, and here's the crux, I'd have a lot of difficulty calling it cool. For the few months before half the premiership got their hands on it it was, but since then they've become ubiquitous. And if I'm spending £120k on a car, I don't want to see another sixteen whenever I drive through Manchester.

I'm saying uncool, but with a lot of sadness, and I hope one day the Conti GT will forgive me and we can make a fresh start in our relationship.
