They produced only one "road car" and forgot to sell it, and it took a whole lot of effort by one enthusiast to buy it and make it road-legal.

Actually they did sell it privately and 5 "tubs" were built for road cars along with 2 show cars and a race car. There is also someone rebuilding an Cerbera Speed 12 using one of the original tubs and a speed 12 engine that was found lieing around in a crate.

I still have the options list for this car that i got from TVR years ago wasn't exactly long and the price iirc was £159,999 OTR.
