Looks fast just sitting there.Just to let you guys (and girls) know that my 'race bike' is no Ducati, Honda, Suzuki etc... , this is it
Thanks SW - I can't wait to get home to try this method. Actually, the whole thread is quite interesting. I'd never read anything on FITT. After the gear change on Panorama, I improved my lap time by at least 1.5 seconds. Part was due to better driving, but most was acceleration I believe.Great race again today Geezers! ..👍.
Thanks for hosting @Stewyripper 👍.
As promised, here is the link to the trans method I was talking about 👍.
The post below the one I linked, is also helpful, to show..
... how to get the 'reference point' for the highest gear 👍.
Thanks Papa!! I'll be going after those rite away!! 👍👍I've created a couple of new TTs using the latest VGT cars for anyone that's interested.
The first is at Sierra using the Alpines & the second is at Mt Panorama using the Lexus.
Geezers & Non geezers ROCK.
Great fun Sat morn/afternoon. My 1st try at posting a video, hope it works.
Still learning! Game sound is there, but very low. @WhoosierGirl let us in on some of her secrets and now the Geezers are shopping for some Racing Gear.
Hope this Sat racing continues, great fun.

Should be good for me! 👍
Any ideas for what cars you want to race? just so I can make sure I have one in my garage .
I like the idea of the 'same make' racing, but, the list in the lobby is a little short...
....maybe we could select a couple of cars in advance??..just a suggestion .
For example, that Ford falcon was fantastic to drive ..👍.
What do you think guys??...I'll go with whatever cars you choose 👍👍.
Great selfie !
Sorry @Old_Geezzer for any confusion. There's no problem with doing an oil change. The problem would be that those who did an oil change would have more horsepower & more PP than those who didn't. You're allowed 3 setups, A,B & C, & some people may have 3 different ones they want to keep. Therefore a tuning prohibited setting might force them to eliminate 1 or in the extreme, leave to buy another car.
Hope that's cleared up ?
Brand new off the GT6 show room floor, no miles at all, go change the oil and car will gain 7+- HP. PP will also go up. I have no imperial evidence yet to back this up, mostly because I change the oil in every car before I race it, but, somewhere between 200-500 miles the oil will start to deteriorate and the car will start losing HP/PP. There are reports, at some mileage point, changing the oil will not restore full HP.All cleared up, but how long do you drive a car without doing an O/C ?

I do the same thing... new car, straight to garage for an oil change, and a regular rebuild. I was just wondering why some drivers get a car and don't do an oil change, thus restricting the HP and PP.
