Added you to the OP! Good to finally have someone wanting to drive the Dodge! đź‘Ť

I'll have to get some testing and tuning done before Round 3 begins.

Just on a side note, you spelt my PSN name incorrectly .

Sorry to correct you here, but the Scion is a Toyota 86 GT with a different badge, and the Toyota uses a 1998cc 4-cylinder boxer engine with 200cv (~195bhp) developed by Subaru...

That being said, this means the Scion is perfectly legal under Limited class specs...

The Scion and Toyota share the same motor, I don't believe that all 3 car's do, otherwise you would just get the Scion IRL as its the cheapest, I'm fairly sure the FT86 and FR-S use a 1.8 Ltr inline 4 motor, while the Subaru uses the Boxer, but I cant get a BRZ as the order limit for Australia was filled within 2 hours, so I chose to lose interest in it,

Wanting? I've just been waiting for it to turn up in the UCD :grumpy:

As for the Dodge, isn't it just a standard SRT 4 Dodge Neon? which is only FWD and possibly need a spec re check as it might be boosted against the rest of the field,

All three use a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder Boxer engine. :)

well a good chunk of fibre glass can change that, kind of glad I wasn't able to get one,

Dave, both the 86 GT and the BRZ come from a joint effort from Toyota and Subaru. Subaru developed the engine (hence it being a boxer engine) and Toyota developed basically the rest (Subaru only rear-wheel drive model had been launched almost 60 years ago) and was in charge of the design.

Also, Toyota decided to sell this model in USA and Canada under the Scion badge, which means it's the same car.

Scion FR-S: North America
Toyota GT86: Rest of the World
Subaru FRZ: Japan and probably the rest of the world as well (sure about Japan, not so sure about the rest).

Katie, this series seems like fun, I'm thinking in joining.. Probably I'll be racing on Super. Gonna be making my decision soon. If you need any background about my racing, you can ask polar or any of the ToCA guys.

That was one of my concerns... I'm not quite sure what to do with the tuning regulations of the Dodge as I have no clue about tuning . My Dodge has 566pp and 600+ bhp, and the Super just regulates to a maximum of 560pp, so that Dodge is going to have a lot of power.

Glad to see you're interested! Don't worry, I believe that you're a decent driver. :sly:

is it all wheel drive or just FF? it wont have any movable front aero,

It's just FF. I don't really want to exclude it though, I mean, what is rallycross without Travis Pastrana?

if this was Forza you could do an AWD conversion, something else that makes it better then GT, but the frame rate speed and vehicle physic's stop me from loving it,

Pahaha it will probably monster all other cars down the straight then get mugged in the corners again.

And thanks for correcting my PSN name. :)

I know I have already announced my calendar for this season but I just wondered if it was possible to enter this weekends race at SSR5? I have already added you on PSN so if you need to inspect the car I'll stick it on share just to check everything is okay.

Cheers,
Richie

I will be racing this weekend Katie, unless something comes up again.

Great! Hope to see you there. đź‘Ť

That's fine, feel free to drop in this weekend. :)

Katie did you give my legacy a test?

I haven't had chance yet as I've been catching up on Seasonals, but I'll test it tomorrow.

Katie, did you read my message, I put the Solstice up for share so you can check to see its legality.

Inspected it and replied to your message. đź‘Ť

Holden, I'm testing your Legacy now as well. But... why did you want me to test it again?

You haven't tested it yet  you just said you were struggling with the set up on your legacy so thought you could try it out and see how it felt and maybe try it on yours.

I'm racing an evo anyway

Ah, okay, thanks for that! :P I've driven it around SSR5, just need to compare it with my Legacy and make any transfers needed.

Putting my quattro up on share tomorrow I promise, if I can drag myself away from Showdown

You don't have to share it until Saturday, you know. I'd prefer it if everyone shared their cars just before the race rather than a few days before.

Which time does the Limited qualifying start? That's probably the only one I can make because of other online leagues I'm committed at the moment.

It my birthday tomorrow, so y'all need to let me win on Saturday! :sly:

Happy birthday!

It all depends on how long the Super heats take. Super Heat 1 should start at around 7pm GMT, then Super Heat 2 is after that, then Limited qualifying.
