Ah, the Colin McRae tag team there. I seemed to get caught up in turn one everytime... :)

Well, they were my disadvantage yesterday. I may as well of not qualified at all because I was always a million miles behind everyone by turn 1.
Heh, I blame that awful track :sly:

I can't wait for the roundabout. I'll be sure to go round that thing sideways. :sly:

LOL the thing is, I tested a bit and the sad part is, I drifted 90% of those corners and came out a second faster then doing it clean. I know you'll say no but I'd like to request a change to my limited car and change it to the subaru 22B. You know, mid-season change for everyone. You never know.👍:scared:

you cant change it since youve already did rounds.

Unfortunately Holden is correct. Once you have raced a full round with a car you cannot change it. Sorry!

Everyone, enjoy your (almost) month off! Fill it with lots of hooning, and testing/practice of course. :sly:

I guess I need to find the right balance to help me get off the line and have a better top speeds while still being fast in the turns. I felt so vulnerable on the straight at Suzuka. :grumpy:

Run it on the tests like 0-60 0-100 1/4 mile and pm me the times and i can have a look at it for you?

Also managed to get a decent set up for top end and off the line for the impreza so skidz could do some racing against yours and mine to see where the difference is.

Nice to see you got a G25. Hope you have a lot of fun with it. I have a G27 but it's having some pedal issues at the moment. :indiff:

I like the sound of a Mini Championship. Do you mean like an add on to this series? If so, I'm up for that. :)

And I look forward to finding out where I'm going wrong... Hopefully after we sort this issue out I might be able to claw my way on to a podium spot. Closest I have had so far in the 2 races I entered is 4th, but that was at Eiger so it was on dirt and nobody could really stand out with a clear top speed advantage. All I learn't from that week was that YaShoe was very quick, the Celica's were very quick, the competition was tough, and that Katie doesn't use her own brakes :).

You're never going to let that go, are you?

It was just that I didn't brake as much as you did because I used the handbrake... I went round the vast majority of those corners sideways, but I soon learned that you didn't. :P

Yeah was thinking of it as an add on as BRC run swifts and minis.

No I'm not . Well not until I get my revenge anyway. :)

I was going sideways a little, I ended up fully sideways and in a wall after you came in though. :)

And I think a Mini Championship running with the GRC events would be a fun little idea, I'd definitely run that.

LOL every time I enter something I just prepare way too much because I think I'll get smothered. That car was set up to perfection.

I have the exact same wheel. G25:) the ol' original:) I like it more then the g27.

That reminds me what happened to you on the first corner of the last lap in the limited lcq lols

If there's anything I'm not going to let go of it's that Ken Block joke I keep telling you. :sly:

It's a long story... I'll tell you via PM.

I must hear it too.

--------------------

After next week's race we have to do car footie. So much fun

And since we've actually played a couple games already the whole process should be much more streamlined 👍

car football? um how?

The playing field is the TopGear Test Track (the whole track is the field, and each goal is the two tyre walls at each end).

One car is the ball (preferably something tiny like a Fiat 500) one car is the referee (we used a Nissan Pace Car).

The remaining cars are divided into two teams, preferably the same car to make things easier (we had C4 WRCs vs Focus WRCs).

From then on, basic footy rules, minus the off-sides and corner kicks

It's bloody hilarious
